Their auctions have top quality items, especially when it comes to antiques and antique jewellery. The client service is fantastic, they answer almost immediately and they're really cordial and accommodating. I've bought items from them multiple times and I'm sure I'll come back to bid on their auctions time and time again.

Great auction house. Really helpful when it came to postage. As we spent more than the £500 which is their limit when it comes to posting put us in contact with Part and Parcel who where very good, Every thing arrived well packaged and quickly.

Mike is such a nice and helpful person. This is my 1st time with timed auction with Hanmans auctions house. Mike also explained to me steps by steps regarding commission bidding. Now I know the process . I also won a set of bookends and ashtray. That is lucky!

Registration is simple and and invoices arrive with their competitive in-house packing and shipping service added which is great news for those of us who are unable to attend in person and a very simple and smooth transaction.

Great items and a very prompt service and shipping

I appreciated the clear instructions sent with the invoice , laying out simple clear guidelines regarding payment. I have had some problems with some other auction houses and have had to clarify matters with a phone call. It is also extremely pleasing you offer a postage service, helpful as it avoids having to involve another agency

I've purchased mostly Asian antiques from Hannam's for several years and my experience has always been that they are very reliable,honest,with correct descriptions and prompt communication. I've also bought items from private sellers who obtained them from Hannam's originally and in both situations all items were excellent. Highly recommended!
