Fenny Castle Vineyard

Beautiful vineyards and great tour experience! Also got the chance to try three of their wines! Thanks James and Jill for a great experience and sharing your story of how you started up Fenny Castle Vineyard.

Fabulous small family run vineyard making sparking and still wine. Need to book for showround but shop open daily. Producing Pinot Noir, Octavia and Bacchus.

Amazing vineyard in a beautiful location. The tour was really interesting going into the story of how the vineyard was established and the year round process into making the wine. The tasting was great too where we tried a number of wines which could also be bought in the shop. A must do for locals and visitors to the area.

Went here for a private tour for a group of 8. Fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. James gave us a very informative tour, answering all our questions. We then tasted 3 wines that were (in our opinion) of a really high
quality. Great way to support a small vineyard and there is a shop on site. We did all purchase a few bottles but there was absolutely no onligation

Really enjoyed our impromptu tour of the vineyard & will definitely return for a full tour when the vines at at the next stage of growth in the year. Throughly enjoying the Pinot noir rose on a sunny evening. Highly recommend this wine

Today we experienced the wine tour and tasting. It was a pleasure to hear how the vineyard was started our host were very knowledgeable and very attentive, I would recommend this to any one who would like to know how artisan wine is produced in Somerset, and of course taste some of the amazing wine.

We had an amazing, educational, welcoming and fun afternoon with one of the most genuinely nice families I have ever met! My friends and I were so impressed with their dedication and love for what they do plus the idea to teach others and open their vineyard (and home) up to others. The wine is lovely obviously and we left with several bottles! Perfect day that I would highly recommend!.

Fantastic tours run once a week, very down to earth and a fantastic product is produced too! Very interesting to hear how pationate the team are.

Visited for a private tour and tasting with a group of friends. The setting is absolutely lovely and the wine was wonderful. James was a fantastic guide and really nice bloke. Definitely worth a visit!

A wonderful family run vineyard. The host was very knowledgeable about his craft and his enthusiasm shone through throughout the tour and tasting. He answered all questions with utter conviction and was very easy to listen to. A gentle stroll back from the vines and we were treated to an absolutely faultless lunch in the family farm kitchen. It couldnt have been any better. We were a gathering of ladies on a hen weekend and this met our expectstions perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend a visit if you are in the area and if you are not take the time out to book a visit. Well done Fenny Castle Vineyard you helped make our weekend very special.

Wonderful vineyard producing some really delicious, interesting wines. Came for a tour and a tasting as a family and left with a few boxes - highly recommended!

Friendly local vineyard with the smallest winery I have ever seen. Everything done by hand and with obvious passion. Welcoming and knowledgeable tour!

Great friendly treatment and a really interesting tour followed by tasting (and purchasing) some of their delicious wines and sparkling ciders. Definitely worth a visit!
