Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited (MISL)

I had only had my insurance for a couple of months and the unthinkable happened and I crashed my old motorhome, and it was written off. I was devistated, and the staff at Markerstudy were so kind and understanding. The reporting process was easy, the staff were friendly and supportive. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and professionally, and within a few short weeks I was paid out with no quibbles or arguments. I can't thank the staff enough for their help and professionalism. I highly recommend Markerstudy and would happily insure with them again. Thank you!!

I purchased insurance through this broker earlier this week. The representative who helped me was very informative—not pushy in the slightest. Her quote combined with her excellent customer service convinced me to go with MISL.

I previously left a very critical review of this company after my motorbike was stolen, however, i have decided to retract this review in light of some really good customer service from this company , everyone who i have spoken to on the phone has followed through every promise they have made, returned calls etc in a timely fashion
i wont lie, it was quite difficult to reach them at first, however after a week or so my claim was paid in full and i am a very happy customer.

MISL transcended my expectations when my vehicle was almost totaled by another driver. I would’ve been ecstatic to receive half the assistance that they gave me. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for their help. Seriously!

I contacted the Markerstudy Insurance on their claim line, following an RTC. The call was answered within a couple of rings. A very professional gentleman by the name of Liam took the full details of the incident. His manner was very courteous and he explained every step during my report.
This call taker is a credit to his organisation.

their rates are surprisingly affordable. haven’t had to file a claim yet, and hopefully i never will. i’ll be sure to update my review if the time comes.

What an awesome experience with Markerstudy! Great rates, rep was fully knowledgeable of the different policies and current market prices which saved me money on my policy and increased my coverage.

Filed a very simple claim – fender bender – heard back immediately, got it into the shop, reimbursed for the cost of the repair in full, case closed, couldn’t have been easier.

Haven’t had to file a claim yet, but I’ve been insured with this company for over a year and so far things have been good.

I’ve had insurance through these guys since I bought my first car 6 years ago. Can’t imagine I’ll ever change.
