Imperial Pharmacy

A very friendly and efficient pharmacy. I just got referred to them after an NHS111 phone call. Imperial called me straight away to confirm the referral, and I went straight there. I was seen immediately by a kind, patient and knowledgeable member of their staff and given comprehensive advice. 10/10 for service.

You would struggle to find a better pharmacy anywhere. Combining a staff that is both knowledgeable and friendly, with a great location and premises creates the best pharmacy I've ever visited.

After a very negative experience at another local pharmacy I ended up at Imperial slightly panicky about obtaining my perscription, they couldn't have been lovelier, very reassuring, very professional and had dispensed what I needed in about 2 mins. I visited this pharmacy today after going to another local pharmacy where I didn’t receive much help. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, I spoke with the pharmacist Deborah (sorry if the name is wrong) who was so lovely and gave me all the advice I needed. She took her time with me to ensure I felt better before leaving too. You can tell they care about what they’re doing here, I would definitely go back!

Superb Vaccination service. Calm and gentle environment and lovely staff. Parking can be an issue but if you've booked a vaccination, they allow an hour per appointment so that you have ample time to find a space in a nearby car park or road and then you can turn up within that time. Very friendly and welcoming.

My family started using Imperial Pharmacy when we moved into Good station road around 1974ish. Then the town was much different to the town we now know. I have used Imperial now personally now for around 5/6 years. When I'm unable to collect my medication. They deliver excellent service very friendly staff

Have been using this pharmacy for many years now and they are definitely the best pharmacy that I have ever used,the staff are always extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you.
Many of the staff have worked there for as long as I can remember which is always a very good sign.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I collected my prescription today for the first time. It was ready and waiting and two extra items I didn't think they had in stock they did.....so I left a much appreciative and happy shopper. Please support your local shops!!

This is one of the best pharmacys in town. Not only are they warm and welcoming they will also go above and beyond. They also do the "minor aliments scene" which saves us going to the doctor's for minor illnesses (my 3 yr old daughter recently had conjunctivitis) they gave us some eye drops and now no more conjunctivitis. Could not thank them enough!

Always very helpful with a smile and a soothing tone to their voice they truly remind me of going into a chemist as a kid very nostalgic.

Stopped in here on my way back to London with a bit of an upset stomach. The woman who helped me was so lovely and knew exactly what I needed (fast acting Imodium) and explained everything in a reassuring and discrete whisper. I never want to go to any other chemist ever again.
