Lonsdale Medical Centre (Tunbridge Wells)

I have been a patient here for 8 years and always very good.
I had an ECG last week and the Nurse Helen was lovely.
All the Doctors I have seen have been amazing and explain everything so well.

Great GP, always able to support with same day appointment, friendly receptionist, never rude when I call and very helpful. I've only seen 1 doctor personality but she is always very helpful to the extent of her jobs, just a friendly reminder for those with extremely high expectations that GPs are not specialist, their job is to spot abnormalities and provide a reference to a specialist for further support. Furthermore, if you ever require blood tests, you can have this doen here, no need to travel to a different location and the appointments and results have a very quick turnover. Thanks.

I was referred to this surgery by my usual doctors in Tonbridge for a minor procedure. Within 48 hours of seeing my doctor, I was contacted by Lonsdale to arrange an appointment, and within minutes after speaking I was sent a confirmation email with relevant information. The surgery came across very organised and professional.

On the day, everything went smoothly. Dr Buckland came across very knowledgeable and informative and the nurse was very helpful too. The procedure appears to have gone well and overall I am very pleased with my experience at Lonsdale.
