Great customer service. Ordered Jaguar 405 sewing machine which arrived within a few days of ordering. Had a minor issue with door catch which resolved itself. GUR were prepared to collect machine and offer refund, not required. Machine is excellent, very clever, easy needle threading. Really pleased with purchase.l

This company has such a wide range of sewing machines to choose from. The descriptions and videos online help you to make a decision on which model you would like. And you can ring them to speak to somebody as well. They are very helpful and polite. My machine arrived within 24 hours, and was exactly as described. I have a great machine at a great price. There were videos that talked you through how to wind the bobbin, and thread the main thread. The machine is perfect for me. Great company with great customer service and great products. I could not fault them

Bought sewing machine online at a very competitive price. Wanted to add an additional foot to the order, so sent an email. This was promptly answered & additional payment accepted easily. The foot was then included in the package with the new machine. Very pleased with both the machine & the helpful service I received. Would recommend GUR.

My Elna Excellence 780+ was a beautiful machine but too heavy to take away. Having spoken to GUR for expert advise I decided on the Elna Experience 450. A lovely, light little machine that still does everything I could want at a super price and very quickly delivered.

Very friendly and helpful service. I woke up yesterday morning and decided to take the plunge and buy a new machine. Dispite a wee wobble while I persuaded my bank that yes, it really is me wanting to spend that much money on a sewing machine, plus a couple of frantic calls to the seller, less than 24 hours later my lovely new machine is sitting in my sewing room waiting to play. Great customer service and to top it all, the machine I wanted was on promotion, so I'm as happy as a quilter in a fabric shop!

Needed a Walking Foot for my Janome machine. GUR offered the best price and speedy delivery. Several quilts later and I can confirm the foot is working perfectly. I really don't know how I managed without one before.

I had problems going through finance to buy a machine but I can not thank the gentlemen for their patience in assisting me in sorting things out for me. Definitely went above and beyond to help me 😀 believe me I was a real pain 🙈. Absolutely fabulous company would highly recommend GUR to anyone 100%. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought an ex demo sewing machine on line, which was delivered free the next day. Unfortunately it wouldn't sew. As I live quite near, I suggested that I take the machine back and they would check it out and give me a demo if it was me doing something wrong. When I got there, they had a leaking roof and staff absence but I was greeted warmly and shown into their office. Within 15 minutes I was on the way home with a brand new machine which was even carried to my car. I even received a lovely follow-up email from them . I couldn't recommend the gentleman and their customer service enough.

I have ordered a few items from GUR, mainly different feet for my Janome sewing machine - items always arrive promptly, prices are competitive. I recently had to return an extension table as I had ordered the wrong one! Phoned and told to simply send back with a note of correct model and new one arrived within days.....no fuss!!! Exactly the right item and very prompt delivery!

My wife wanted a new sewing machine and although she had a rough idea of what she wanted was unsure of the exact machine. After speaking with GUR she felt reassured and confident in the machine she finally purchased. The person she spoke to at GUR was very informative and gave her all the information she needed.
We ordered the machine on Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday lunchtime.
I know it is early days but I think we have made the right choice in choosing GUR.

After seeing a Brother Embroidery machine on the website I wanted, I called up to check stock. Unfortunately the machine I was after had sold out but GUR arranged another machine to be delivered to me the very next day. Excellent customer service. Bought an extension table that didn't quite fit my needs. They willingly took the return and supplied a brother model. They've even refunded the difference. It really doesn't get much better than this.
