Silvermere Haven Pet Cemetery and Crematorium

I have to write a review for these guys! The service today for our Dogue De Bordeaux ‘Boss’ who passed last week was nothing short of ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The personal service from the moment I dropped him off the yesterday travelling from Norfolk, seeing him the next day and the cremation handover was first class. These people care. Like really care about their customers and make sure everything is on point, I simply couldn’t thank them enough. The lady who managed me and Boss, sorry I think it was Rachel 😂, was just incredible! I have high standards and like things right….these guys do it right! THANK YOU! Love to your all. You are brilliant at what you do. Brilliant! ❤

Second time silvermere have taken care of one of our beloved cats, firstly Bovril, then on the13th December 2023, our sweet boy Ted. His ashes were returned in the beautiful Sleeping Cat urn which was in a lovely presentation box and bag. Excellent communication and customer service provided.

Silvermere Haven have treated my cat with so much care and respect, they have been truly wonderful through what is a difficult time. The staff are lovely and so empathetic, I didn’t know what to expect from an animal cremation as this i my first experience, and I’ve been blown away by the compassion and understanding we’ve received from them. Thank you for taking care of Ace in his final journey, it means the world to know he was so well cared for

We arranged for our little cat Arky to be cremated here after we set him free from his pain. When we got him home, it was a very emotional time again, as the company had done a beautiful job of caring for our boy. The box is incredibly well made and the fact we received our boy back in such a caring manner makes this heart wrenching process slightly easier.

Silvermere Haven were very good at providing a difficult service at what was a very emotional time. Pepper, my lovely bunny rabbit, passed away suddenly and I didn't know where to start, but Silvermere (after finally getting through to them via phone - press option 3) guided me through every step of what would be one of the most difficult journeys I would need to make. I also really appreciate the empathy and understanding shown by Lewis, who took care of Pepper every step of the way. Thank you all for making Pepper's final journey as easy as it could be.

Beautiful and thoughtful service. I received my cat in a wonderful wooden urn with a lovely letter and wildflower seeds. The accompanying written notes were all very gentle and respectful. I would recommend this to everyone. Thank you very much 🖤 the only little issue I had is that the wooden sleeping cat urn was leaking some ashes so I stuck some tape around, maybe worth thinking of putting the ashes in a sealed bag inside the urn?

The service is impeccable and so kind and thoughtful. The memorial we have, and keepsakes are beautiful. Animals in our lives are precious. They offer love and kinship on their terms, and only if they chose, and have a bond. This type of love is special and rare. We have them for such short time in a lifetime and the pain of losing them is tremendous. Silvermere ease that distress and offer an ear when it is needed the most. Graham Poulter.

My sweet little girl Smartie passed away recently aged 18 and she was cremated at Silvermere Haven, I was very pleased on how lovely her ashes were treated and presented to me and very reasonably priced remembering my Smartie thank you

I just wanted to say thank you, for everything.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful 8 year old Tibetan Mastiff, Arthur on New Year’s Day.

We got him back today and everything was beautiful, you can really see the care that has gone into this. It has been one of the hardest times and I was dreading this day, but I have been put at ease seeing how much has gone into this.

I have been a mess and so anxious and worried about whether he was cared for, and if he was ok. But I feel so relieved, seeing how beautifully he was sent back to us. Thank you so much. I am not sure who EP is, but thank you for caring for my fur baby, thank you for looking after my Arthur. I am so grateful that even though he is gone, I have his paw prints that were on the bag you sent him back in. As this all happened so quickly we were so unprepared and I was lost at the thought I wouldn’t have things like this to look back on, but you have gone above and beyond and I am so grateful.

Very caring friendly pet crematorium .I was so upset at my beloved cat’s passing and didn’t know what to do .Luckily my local vet Alpha Vets knew the crematorium ,and were happy to keep my beloved pet cat Bertie for collection by Silvermere Haven crematorium ,as I don’t live nearby.Silvermere Haven rang me with a very kind chat of condolence which really reassured me ,and sent a lovely email.They were also very kind regarding getting the right cask for my precious beloved Bertie ,my pet of 17 and a half years .He is in a beautiful sleeping cat casket I praise Silvermere Haven for their kind caring service and would highly recommend them .

We visited Silvermere haven pet cemetery on the 15/12/2023 to say our last goodbyes to our precious baby girl BELLA. So hard leaving 😪 absolutely heart broken 💔 feel so loss without her 💔 will be returning monday morning to bring my babies ashes home safely 💔😞

Our Eddie was cremated here after crossing the rainbow bridge at our local vets Briar House in Broadstairs. On collecting him and bringing him home I have to say the casket and bag were more than I had expected and it was very emotional. But it's a massive comfort to know he was looked after with so much care and compassion so thank you very much. Andy

Thank you to everyone at silverware haven for your kindness at a difficult time. The viewing was very peaceful. I’m glad pikky is home now with some special memento’s to keep forever.

I received my pets ashes back today, via my vets. They were beautifully packaged and I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. Particular thanks to the kind lady on the phone who called me twice this morning to resolve a small query I had. Much appreciated xx

We left the arrangements to our vets at the East Grinstead Veterinary Hospital for the cremation of our much loved & faithful 12 year old Springer Spaniel Lily who we had to unexpectedly let go on the 10th May.

We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up the ashes on Friday, beautifully packaged & sealed in a wooden casket complete with engraved nameplate & heartfelt message.

She now rests in our garden with her companion Alfie who we lost in October, her resting place marked with potted lilies.

We lost our little man on the 13th November. He was born on Halloween so we thought Friday the 13th was the right day to say goodbye. He was 15 and although we weren't ready to let him go, he was ready. Our friends from Summerleaze helped us through the whole process and were amazing. And then we received his ashes from you last week. I can not tell you the comfort this brought us. He was beautifully delivered and it is wonderful to have him home again. I just know from the way you brought him back to us how much you must care, he was not just another dog. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was my beautiful Benjy who sadly we lost on the 21st Dec 2018. The grief has been unbearable and im still feeling the deep pain. Benjy was sent to Silvermere Haven crematorium for his individual departure. When I got his casket back I was overwhelmed and pleasantly thankful. I received the most caring cards of condolence with another card with a heartfelt verse. I just wanted to let people know if you have a beloved pet and want it cremated with dignity and tenderness speak to Silvermere, they are wonderful and I feel so much better that my boy went to rainbow bridge with dignity. Thank you so much Silvermere.

I can't fault these amazing caring compassionate people. When my dog beauty died I didn't know what to do I rang them asking for help with the cremation of her. They were so caring they let us have a final cuddle and kiss goodbye with beauty they never rushed us it was our pace they went with the final kiss and cuddle will stay with me forever. They cremated her gave us a paw print and fur clippings with a charm. Seriously these people are animal angels I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. I totally recommend silvermere

Such an amazing service after we lost Daisy, they even separated some of her ashes for us as they knew we were having a ring made can't recommend enough
