Farooq was very good with our boiler. Had multiple issues after moving into the property for a few months. Had expert knowledge to fix and explain to myself what was going on and advise on how to keep the boiler well maintained. would highly recommend!

After unsuccessful ringing 5 other local firms and British Gas for an emergency boiler fault on a Sat QuickFix was with us within an hour, he had the part's needed on his van and we we're up and running in no time. Can't comment on price as have never issues in the past but he took the time to do talk us through the whole heating and hot water system and it's part's which was useful as this was a call out for a new house we had just moved into.

Had a Boiler issue on a Friday morning not long before Christmas, Farooq came out very quickly and diagnosed the issue.
He helped us check if we had any warranty available to see if we could save any money.
He got the part straight on order for us and got everything installed and up and running before the weekend was over.
At a very reasonable price for an emergency call out.
He was very professional throughout, and kept us up to date on when things would happen and when there were any delays.

Had problems with my boiler, the water pressure kept dropping. Called Farooq who gave me a very fair quote for diagnostic and repair. He came out on the same evening and sorted it all out. Great service by Farooq from QuickFix. Our boiler broke on Christmas Eve. We called him as soon as everything opened on 27th Dec and he was able to come the very next day. He was polite, informative and managed to fix our boiler very quickly. His call out charge is also very competitive, we would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! My boiler gave up on me on Saturday night. First thought was to go for our usual boiler service but they are not open on weekends and can never schedule me in.

Literally desperate for a repair and search on Google. Found QuickFix and called for help, within 30mins he came to check and diagnose the issue.

Farooq came to my property on Christmas day as planned he let me know well in advance what time he would be arriving. The fault with my boiler was diagnosed and rectified really quickly. Farak took time to explain exactly what the issue was and made positive suggestions on how to keep my boiler running. Farooq is an absolute star! Does my gas service every year and replaced my stove top and saved us from a slow gas leak over the years. He also helped my parents out as their boiler failed. Absolutely brilliant service, Farooq turned up when he said he would and completed the work (replacing a 20+ year old boiler) within a day and at a very competitive price. I was shown how to use the new boiler/thermostat before he left and everything was left nice and tidy so I didn't have to worry about cleaning up. Farooq really does go above and beyond and is very highly recommend!
