The service I received from the manager today was exceptional. Sadly, I didn’t get her name but she was very pleasant, efficient, totally understood what I wanted and went over and above to get a special ringtone for me.
I have no hesitation in giving Western Computers 100 out of 100 for service.

Bought a new iPhone 15. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They know their way around the products and operating systems, that’s why I go there. Always had the same good service in the past.

I dealt with Gabby and having spent my career in the Hospitality Industry running a hotel company before retirement I can safely say she would have won numerous 'hotel employee of the month' awards for her knowledge,care (I felt unwell during one of my visits) and overall customer attitude
I have visited the Apple Store in Covent Garden and they could certainly learn a great deal from Gabby's customers approach and service from both the telephone and in person
I shall be using Western Computers for all my Apple needs going forward
Re real advert for those who don't believe 'vertical integration' is the 'be all and end all'

Excellent, caring service.
Visited today (7th November 2023) with a big problem. Forgot my log in details for my Macbook and it locked me out for too many attempts. The problem was the laptop contained material for my thesis, material that stupidly was not stored elsewhere. Others had suggested I paid £50 to have the machine reset which would have lost all my data. Luke, the senior consultant, patiently walked me through how to set up a new password and recover the precious data. No charge!

Excellent friendly support in response to issues with my iPhone and MacBook laptop. Nothing was too much trouble. Heartily recommend their service.

Received absolutely amazing service from Luke this week to solve an issue concerning a relative’s iPad and iPhone which had been previously set up in some haphazard fashion, with various accounts and associated passwords. I experienced excellent technical knowledge, infinite patience and calm resilience. The store was busy and Luke effectively managed resolving my issue (which was a lengthy and time-consuming process) at the same time as handling the steady queue of customers satisfactorily. Had a slight issue with my mac, as one of the screws was rounded and couldn’t get it out, despite many attempts. Took it here & was sorted in no time. Friendly staff. Recommend highly. I called the Blackpool Apple Repair but found him rude & said he was too busy, Preston is the place to go.

I received excellent service from very helpful, informative and patient shop staff and back room engineer. My faulty speaker was repaired by using two new speakers, which were priced very fairly. I observed the interaction between the staff and other customers and I could not fault their style of customer service. I would not hesitate to either recommend, or use again, the Preston store which, incidentally, I have used previously on an Apple product recall.

I had my iPhone battery replaced at Western a few weeks ago and they were super helpful. On the back of it I have just bought a MacBook from them online. Always previously bought from Apple direct. Ordered it Thursday at 16.45 hours, delivered the following day at 09.00 hours. That's service! Thanks!

Took my iphone12 pro max in for repair. It appeared something was stuck or loose in the charging port. I was advised it would either be a simple removal is something was stuck or a cost up potentially up to £500 if something was broken off.....thankfully it was something removable (possibly broken off a charging cable) and there was no charge. Great service, very polite and patient. Great that we don't have to travel all the way to Manchester!! Thanks guys.
