Our boiler wouldn’t ignite after returning from holiday. Liam was on hand to assist even on a cold wet Sunday. Boiler was back up and running in no time. Excellent service as always, thanks again!

Called LJ as I noticed water coming through my kitchen ceiling. Liam was there within 30 mins. After a very thorough investigation which included finding my water meter (who knows where they are ) it turned out to be water ingress. So at least we could have a a cup if tea. A great job and mind at ease for the night.

He's completed several jobs for both myself and also my elderly mum,from sorting out the magnaclean to servicing boilers, fixing leaking pipes and other small jobs. Liam came to disconnect gas oven and noticed gas pipe supply was now dangerous and not gas safe. Full re-pipe required so bolier could be kept running. Big Job but sorted within 1 week even though in awkward location (see photos). Boiler also moved into loft to create more space 10/10 for initiative. Happy with overall job, neat & tidy and all working correctly. Need more skilled professionals like Liam. Good job & thanks again

Absolute gent!! Called with a bad leak leaving me with no water and no toilet on a Saturday morning. He was just off on a trip but sent some pictures of the problem and he advised what I needed to buy and fix to resolve the problem than walked me through on a video call. 20 mins later all sorted and no more leak! What a top guy and great advice 👍👍

Liam is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy and straight talking plumber! He really helped us out when we were having issues with another plumbers work. He was quick to respond, and offered sound advice. Definitely someone we would book again in the future!

Liam was called out all the way from Felixstowe to Braintree late on Friday afternoon after someone had helpfully drilled through a water pipe. Ours is not a regular heating system (we have a boiler mate) and he stayed until 9pm to make sure everything was working properly after he had repaired the pipe and refilled the system. Very friendly and professional and highly recommended.

When my boiler stopped working I phoned LJ Plumbing and left a message. Liam phoned back within the hour and came to look at the boiler the same day. The boiler needed replacing and he was back 3 working days later. He fitted the new boiler and took the old one away. He was also the best price from 3 quotes I obtained. Excellent service - would strongly recommend.
