I was very impressed with the service here.

I foolishly realised my passport was lost 10 days before I was due to fly out. I filled out the application for a fast track passport on Tuesday evening, got an appointment for weds afternoon, and the passport was delivered Saturday morning. Can't really grumble about that service.

Obviously, this was a smooth process. My paperwork, details, and verification were in order, so it wasn't a complicated application that may have helped with the fast turnaround. If your application is trickier, it may take a bit longer.

A fast track passport application is considerably more expensive, but if you need a passport in a rush and don't mind paying, it's a great service.

Security is quite robust (not a bad thing, it's a government building afterall) they're polite and professional though and just doing their job.

Well impressed by the speed and efficiency of the renewal of my wife's passport. Staff on the phone very professional and reassuring that we would receive the new one in good time. From start to finish in 10 days. We don't think you can beat that. Applied on line and new passport and old one returned within that short while, whilst being kept informed by them every step of the way. Superb!

Efficient queue processing. Genevieve, the officer taking care of my renewal, was well-mannered and a beam of joy. We had one hiccup with the scanning of one of my two passports, so I waited a bit longer than most people would, but this was so minor it wasn’t even something that could be registered as “complaint-worthy”, in my mind.

Entire office was immaculately clean and security staff very friendly.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I was in and out within a half hour.

Renewed my passport from Japan. Genuinely shocked at how speedy and smooth the process was. Still waiting for the catch but as of today I have my new passport in hand as a result of a very good service.

From the station, cut through Starbucks and walk down the stairs and exit via the Fox to avoid long walk. I arrived three minutes before my allotted appointment time for a passport renewal. No lines whatsoever. Quick and respectful security. Funny chat with counter clerk.

I applied for my daughters first passport online and have it printed and in my hands less than 2 weeks later! (Much to my relief as we go abroad next week!) Did not have to attend an appointment, just used the standard service and I'm very impressed. Great online system that keeps you updated of all stages.

Excellent, faultless service from friendly and dedicated staff. I used the fast track passport renewal and my new passport arrived in the post just two days after my appointment.

It's an impressive building with airport style security. Once inside, the place is well organized with a well managed waiting system and plenty of counters. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled morning appointment. The gentleman that served me was very pleasant and the face to face process was very prompt. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend coming here for a passport renewal application.

A lovely, helpful lady answered my phone call this morning regarding my recent request for a UK passport renewal, which is potentially being held up by a technical issue. Despite a bad telephone line at my end, she was patient and caring, and I am very grateful for her professional response.

Had the best experience trying to get a 1 week fast track passport. Was in and out of the appointment in 5 minutes and it came 2 days later !!

Smooth process, Friendly staff. Just remember that for collection you must arrive before 4pm. They also need opening hours and closing time on Google as that would help people plan a bit better.

Surprisingly superior service. I don’t know if it was because I attended at 10 am on a Tuesday morning in early April, but it was eight minutes in and out. Possibly the only thing in the UK that actually works.

No queue, friendly greeting, total time to collect passport: 7mins and that included a stop in one of the two toilets on the way out. All good.

I renewed my passport online. Quick, easy and efficient. I was truly surprise as it exceed all expectations.

Excellent service. Ordered passport on Tuesday for collection Friday. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment. Went straight in and through security and less than 5 mins later walked out with my passport. Polite friendly staff.

Long line, as there is always a lot of people to check passport details.
Professional staff, keeping the line orderly, including the scanning machines.
A preliminary-check desk gets you the correct line, with a number. The waiting area has plenty of seating. Once your number comes up, head to the desk indicated on the screens.
The agent was professional and easy to speak with. Provided you have all your necessary paperwork, the process should only take about 5 minutes.
I paid online, so there were no extra charges, and the passport came within 7 days.

Outstanding online service. I applied online on the 12th of March and received my renewed passport on the 19th March.

Never an issue with getting a passport. Easy process and the passport we recently requested only took six days from start to finish. Very efficient
