Impressed with the reception and the kindness of the staff.

Only when you need them that you realize how important it is to contribute with a regular donations :)

I am in the queue waiting for them to see my cat, but I already have that good feeling about the service, that for sure will be great.

From the first call they were so nice, thanks for all the effort to cure our pets 🙏🏻❤

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You can feel their love for animals. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you probably have to wait maybe 1-2 hours, but that's completely understandable. They work hard to treat all small sick animals as soon as possible. I really appreciate their work!

Incredible service and staff. I have saved thousands of pounds coming here. You can have one free pet if you’re entitlement to certain benefits. I have a second pet also with them and still receive discounted treatment at £20 per consultation. Staff are more helpful here than any vet clinic I have ever seen. Both my cats enjoy coming here I highly recommend.

First time using it. The Receptionists were friendly and funny. The waiting room.is a bit small and there were loads of dogs barking. I thought it might make my cat more nervous as she is not used to Vets. We waited a bit long and they forgot about our medicines. I had to go and ask about them and then got them. The Vet was nice but not informative enough. The second visit was better. Not many people and they took us before our time. Different Vet who gave more information when I asked questions. It would be good if they could send a reminder of appointment times and day or write it for people as I was not sure of time. Also a water machine in waiting room would be good for clients. Overall though very good and caring people and it's cheap for appointments and medicines for those who pay and free for the most part for others who should all at least give a donation of what they can afford.

Amazing vets, nurses and receptionist!!
You guys do an amazing job and are all so lovely and helpful.
It takes a very special type of person to do what they do and they do it amazingly. We are extremely grateful for everything the staff did for us today!!
We came in and got an emergency appointment as they had a cancellation and the receptionist was amazing and fitted us in and given how busy they were today we were pleasantly surprised at being fitted in, the vet was so lovely and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was so warm and welcoming.
Big congrats to all the staff such lovely people

The whole point of PDSA is to help pet owners who are at a financial disadvantage and they very much achieve this.
This pet hospital is a small size with four examination rooms and a small waiting room.
Outside there is on street parking which is free and a accessible front entrance for those with disabilities.
Apon entertaining you are greeted by friendly staff who share the same love and passion you have for your beloved pet.
Unfortunately due to there popular demand now it is advised to book appointments online via there website but you maybe lucky if you walk in as I was in the case when I visited.
The vets are very friendly and helpful they put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen.
I cannot fault the PDSA on anything.

Very good. Careful. Responsive. Very Friendly. With working hours until 5:00 p.m., they worked until 6:30 p.m. and continued to be attentive and smiling. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the doctor who examined the cat. Prices affordable. It is obvious that they love animals and their work.

We very sadly had to have our family cat of 17 years put to sleep after such a fantastic life with him. The PDSA team in Henson were absolutely wonderful, supportive, caring and kind
. Upon arrival a really kind and caring member of staff helped us, he was so calm and understanding of our situation, he talked us through a few things and gave us all the time we needed. One of the veterinary nurses, Matt was so kind and gentle when taking Pip our cat. We requested some paw prints and tufts of his fur which he very kindly done for us. All the staff at the centre were caring and kind and treated us and Pip with respect.

Great, they provide a valuable service. And PLEASE PEOPLE, get your pets neutered. It costs a tenner, there are too many strays and feral on the streets, and they live a tortuous existence. This little guy was abandoned on the streets with a broken paw. PDSA took care of him. His name is Otis.

PDSA do a great job with my dog Coco Professional caring compassionate. Nothing is ever too much for them and their team. Appointments can be hard to get sometimes but understandable due to high demand and pressure on the service. Prices for medicines etc are affordable and not overpriced. All round they do a good job. Thank you PDSA.

My pet is registered with pdsa animal hospital and they are one of the best vet I know because they are so caring . It's very hectic for the staff because there are so many people registered with them who are on a low income but they care utmost about their pets and pdsa a charitable organisation helps us keep our pets. Thank you for helping us keep our pets especially with the costs of living crisis also they do their best to call on time and they do.

Everyone was so friendly . The vet really put my mind at ease about both my cats . The only problem is not being able to park the car which I think the council should do something about as the PDSA do such an amazing job xx

Where do I start.. the vets, nurses and receptionist are amazing! What they do everyday to care for and save lives of animals is just incredible. Our adopted rabbit had to have her leg removed and the care she has received has been amazing and given her the best life possible. Thank you so much to everyone involved in Daisys care! You are all truly amazing!

Staff are kind and compassionate to the owners/parents. My dog Lola and I were looked after by Jeremy the vet Megan another Vet and Sacha the ICU Nurse. I was very distraught and Sacha kindness meant so much to me. Thankyou. You saved us both. Xxx

An excellent service from all the hardworking staff but it has become quiet difficult to speak to a member of staff via telephone and to get an appointment of late but! I'm guessing it's pretty much like that everywhere now. When you get an appointment staff are very kind and caring although waiting times can sometimes be very long so bring whatever you need for your pet to keep them comfortable during the wait. That's not a whinge it's just to keep people up to date as PDSA get a review from me of 100% all day everyday

Very friendly reception staff, vets we're fantastic with my fur baby who was booked in for neutering, appointment was at 8.30am book in,surgery went well, received phone call to pick her back up 11.30am, very well looked after an post surgery information was clear & informative.
Without their help I wouldn't have been able to afford to take her to my local vets.
