I recently bought a car from CarGem after spotting it online. I scheduled a viewing with Josh, who proved to be incredibly helpful throughout the process.

During our meet, Josh presented the car and we delved into its history. We then went on a brief test drive. I found the car to be the ideal fit for my family's travels across the UK and Europe. After agreeing on the purchase, Josh efficiently done all the necessary paperwork and registration. He also gave great options on car breakdown insurance and I picked most suitable for me.

I'm truly delighted with my new car and the exemplary service I received. Highly recommended.

Update. Small issue, I was advised that timing belt would run above 80k miles. But at 70k I needed a replacement.

Yes welcoming staff in a well appointed dealership. My sales person Michael greeted me with a warm welcome. I was a little early for my appointment after travelling from Scotland. The vehicle was presented really well and the test drive was as I expected from both the look and drive of the vehicle. Michael was very patient during the transaction as myself and my back got ourselves in a muddle but eventually got it sorted. A great experience and would happly recommend the dealership.

Great team, and a great experience start to finish. Jazmine answered my (many) questions with professionalism and good humour, and the same goes for all other team members I spoke with.

Part exchange was simple and stress-free, and an unusual car was purchased from this dealer after being reserved for me for some time in advance.
After spotting a minor defect this was fixed on the same day, after hours, very quickly and efficiently by the friendly workshop team also.

Recently purchased a Vehicle from CARGEM. The process was very easy. I dealt with Josh. He was great, extremely friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Would highly recommend dealing with him.

I recently bought a car from Car gem after finding it on auto trader. I received excellent service from Babar. Due to not being able to go and view the car, I did the whole process over the phone and still received great communication and regular updates. They use a great home delivery service and my car was delivered on the day that I chose with no issues at all. There are a few minor scuffs/ marks on the car that I wasn’t aware of however I take full responsibility to this due to not viewing the car in person. I haven’t got a bad word to say about this company and would totally recommend.

Came in as a walk in and was greeted by the sales Manager Imran. Was talked through the whole process and was shown the cars that I liked and was able to test drive both cars. I felt comfortable throughout and was not pressured at all. I paid a deposit for a car and left a happy customer.

Jazmin was great assisting with the whole sale process. Just before we've got the sale processed the manager made sure to let us known that the car had a part on the way and they would prefer to wait to install it to make sure the car was at 100%. The part took longer to arrive then the expected and they were prompt in informing and apologising. Happy to recommend.
