Serviced my car there as it was the only one in the area which accepted me on short notice. It was highly professional from the beginning and through the check up carried out. The complementary in and outside cleaning just was the cherry on the cake. Highly recommended service with well trained and knowledgeable staff. Five stars.

Arnold Clark Preston Renault gave me an excellent car service and went out of their way to try to put my car through quicker as I had to go back to the office as soon as possible and had no other means of transport, which was greatly appreciated. The service team were friendly and kept me informed of what was going on throughout. The showroom and service waiting area is nice and clean with free coffee available and a Mot viewing area. The free wash and vacuum of my car was also and Excellent touch.

The service & MOT experience at Arnold Clark, Preston was exceptional and equal to similar last year. Your service manager, HELEN was absolutely amazing again. The welcome, hospitality and courtesy she offered was second to none. Amongst other things, she arranged a lift to and return from Preston city centre. Your young man LEE who drove me there and back was a polite, interesting young man. LEE also valeted my car which was spotless. The car was ready for me promptly and at the estimated time stated. Your 'back room' staff also deserve credit for what they did. Everybody at your dealership was brilliant with me and deserve high praise indeed.

I came into the dealership today to speak to Ben as he had sold a Dacia to my partner a few weeks previously. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I was part exchanging my own vehicle and wanted to explore several options. Whilst I was keen to get a Dacia myself, he asked me what my budget was and what I was looking for in a car to ensure it was the right car for me. We had a look at other alternatives just to be sure but I never felt pressured into buying any particular car, and I ultimately walked away feeling like I had made the right decision in buying the Dacia. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership as it was a very positive experience. This was mostly due to Ben who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient and we would be more happy to do business with him again. The delicious coffees didn't hurt either!

We recently bought a second hand Renault, our first time using a financing option rather than owning outright. Lewis was great at helping us find the car and taking us through the process of setting up a deal that was right for us. Great selection of vehicles too!

Not bought my own car for a very long time and found Arnold Clark Preston to be extremelt helpful but went that step further which I always like. Gave me a lift from the train station to the showroom and back and the quality of service from Rachel before choosing the car and then being kept up to date up until collection couldn’t be faulted. Excellent customer service all round and very happy with my choice of car.

Excellent service from start to finish with Renault. Listened to wants and needs when viewing and buying car and setting up finance. Full communication at every step of the process. Spent time showing me the car and it’s workings on collection. Dealt with Rachel who was brilliant to deal with. Very friendly and personable making the transaction very smooth and easy for me. Always rang me back within the hour. Would recommend her to anyone. Overall Renault clearly work as a team with others stepping in to communicate when not their working day etc. Looking forward to enjoying my purchase.

Great service (again) from Arron. My husband bought a car a few months back and we felt no pressure, asked lots of questions (sorry Arron ha) and drove away very happy, so when it came to my turn it was the first place we thought to go. Sorted over the phone as we are not local to this branch. It was easy, informative and yet again great service and support from Arron. I am not the best with making decisions when comes to cars so was helpful to hear all he had to say on the cars we narrowed down to as well as the best financial route (PCP or HP) I told him my budget and he stuck to it, now just waiting to collect 😊

I called Darren as I couldn't get into store I needed a car quickly and he got me one within a week! only having to go in store for the pick up he was amazing I thank him for his help.

Well I wasn't sure about getting a brand new car until I saw the Renault captor it's a beautiful car , very spacious with those whom have disability are children, this car is definitely got 2 be a 5 star aswell as the lovley staff at preston docks rachel was fantastic i orderd the car and i to be honest i thought it would take up to a month but 2 weeks later it was there mrs marshall went above and beyond the whole team was fantastic thank you so much for giving me much enjoyment with my brand new renult captur i love itt 💯👌🎉

Picked up a nearly new car today at Preston motor park after choosing it last week, the whole process was made easy and was smoothly handled by Daniel Boston .

Fabulous service from Darren and Richard. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding new Clio, and helped sort out the best deal for me. This will be the third car I've purchased from them and all cars have been amazing and trouble free.

More fantastic service. I have now collected my new car. Darren was so helpful. When I rang him to ask for help transferring my number plate, he just told me to come in and he did it all for me. He has gone above and beyond.

Ben was very helpful and professional from start to finish.Explained if we had any difficulties, to just ring him up he would book us an appointed to run through anything we didn’t understand.
Possibly the only thing you could improve is more disabled parking.
