I went in for removal of dermatofibroma on arm. I was really nervous about booking in, but honestly have to say I am so glad I did. Dr Sagoo and the staff were very pleasant. Dr Sagoo made me feel comfortable and gave me options without forcing any surgery or treatment. Aftercare was very good too. I would definitely recommend and I will surely be going again. I have seen Dr Sagoo for a couple of years and would thoroughly recommend him. I have always found him very professional and he has a fabulous way with his clients. He listens to your needs and treats accordingly. He has a fantastic ethic both as a cosmetic doctor and a GP. The clinic staff are friendly and helpful. My experience with Dr Sagoo and Solihull Medical Cosmetic clinic has been brilliant! I have been coming to the clinic near enough every 2 months for the last 3 years and I have not experienced anything but a professional, friendly, and compassionate service from Dr Sagoo, Natalie and the rest of the team. I was very nervous and apprehensive (and emotional!) at my first appointment, however, I was instantly put at ease. Dr Sagoo really does care about his patients and health and safety is paramount in their practice. My experience with dr sagoo has been very positive. I Came for a punch excision procedure on my face which I was very hesitant about. I did my research and found dr sagoo in the midlands who offered this procedure at a great price. I would just like to say how pleased I am with my laser resurfacing with Dr Sagoo. I have suffered from acne scarring for many years and been to other clinics to have various treatments with little explanation or noticeable results. I was recommended to see Dr Sagoo by my GP. I have researched Dr Sagoo who is considered to be one of the leading laser acne experts in the Midlands for the last 15 years .He explained in detail the fractional laser C02 treatment procedure to me and made me feel relaxed and not pressurized in to having laser treatment. .
So far I have had 3 laser resurfacing treatment s and noticed a significant improvement in my acne scarring. Dr Sagoo is so professional and and compassionate about his treatments and makes you feel at ease unlike other clinics that I have been to. The staff are also polite and professional and I am so happy I have recommended my 2 friends who have also been delighted with their results . The clinic is very busy with clients coming from all over to see Dr Sagoo so the waiting times can be longer but that is testament to his reputation. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been visiting Dr Sagoo for many years having had a number of procedures. He and his staff are highly professional and are 100% committed to customer service and care. Dr Sagoo’s reputation is second to none and in my opinion the best way of feeling assured about a doctors ability and the satisfaction of his patients is to try to book in; you will find that there is no instant gratification here patients come from all over the country and the world to be treated by Dr Sagoo! I absolutely adore Dr sagoo! He's got the perfect combination of being professional and Approachable. I have been a client at the Solihull Cosmetic Clinic for a few years now and all I can say is Dr Sagoo is brilliant! He is extremely professional (as are all the staff) and makes you feel welcome and at ease the minute you walk in.

There is no pressure and you are talked through all stages...including what to expect after. have been treated by Dr Sagoo for the last 9 years and I have read a negative review about his laser experience. I feel I need to talk about my experiences having had several laser treatments at the clinic. Dr Sagoo I can say is truly a professional and considered a national a laser expert. He was recommended to my by by dermatologist at the hospital and my GP as my condition cannot be treated on the NHS. Infact I was the 3000th patient Dr Sagoo has treated in his 15 years as a cosmetic laser specialist.

I have researched the clinic and Dr Sagoo and noted that he is registered and inspected the Care Quality Commission and is also registered with British Association of Cosmetic doctors and a GP. A lot of other clinics are not even regulated by the CQC.
I infact know and have spoken to other people who have had cosmetic treatments at the clinic and have been delighted with the results.
I have suffered facial scars from an injury many years ago which has greatly affected my confidence. Dr Sagoo was very sympathetic understanding and thorough in his assessment and informed me that I would need several laser C02 resurfacing treatments to improve my skin.
After 10 laser treatments over a 15 month period my facial scars have dramatically improved and are hardly visible at all . My skin has looked better than before and I feel more confident than I ever did. I continue to have regular skin treatments as the clinic provides such a wide range more than any other in the Midlands I have come across.
It is fantastic doctors like Dr Sagoo we need that we can turn to if there is a problem with our skin that is affecting our confidence and there are only a few nationally that are truly amazing in their approach and passion to their skill.
The clinic is small and the staff are very friendly and I have always been made to feel welcome and never pressurized .
I would advise anyone considering cosmetic treatments to see Dr Sagoo first as his knowledge is vast and he is well experienced to and to make their own mind up. I have never looked back since ......thank you so much Dr Sagoo
