The Kinmel & Kinspa

I absolutely love KinSpa. I’ve been coming here for years. The relaxation room is so lovely. Endless tea and coffee available as well as delicious flapjacks. I always leave here feeling thoroughly relaxed. The spa packages are well with the money and the two course lunch is delicious.

We had a group of 7 for a spa day with afternoon tea, for a baby shower. What a brilliant day. Best facial I’ve ever had. Nice calm and relaxing. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning once baby has arrived!

Just spent the most fabulous xmas day at the Kinmel.This is our 3rd xmas now,as always the venue looks fabulous, the staff and service is 1st class.The food is always excellent ,with great bar service too.This year the icing on the cake was the very talented singer,he was so good and created such a warm and happy atmosphere and had everyone joining in.I really hope he's back next year!! 🥰🥰🥰 Can't recommend the Kinmel enough !!!

Went for a black tie dinner-dance with an overnight stop. Really good staff and food. Great venue with lovely views of the rolling hills away from the seaside campers. Easy access of the expressway. Good for celebration events etc.

Gorgouse place. And gorgouse rooms. Out the was and quiet, verry friendly staff that are willing to help. Service in the bar and restraunt is top notch and the hotel is very out of the way. The walk to the spa is less than a minute and the spa facilities are amazing. Highly recomend

Stayed for a night. Lovely attentive staff. Mani in the restaurant and josh in the bar both great assets to the hotel. Spa and staff same. Highly recommended great value. Well done

We just went for a spa day. Absolutely amazing. Great service and beautifully appointed. Lovely pool/ sauna area. The unwind room upstairs is delightful. Really enjoyed my cold stone face massage. Nice lunch.

From the call this morning to a lovely lady on desk to book our beautiful room, that was overlooking the views to the amazing food we had this evening and the lovely spa add to that brilliant customer service.

Food was out of this world. Beds are super comfy and spa is gorgeous.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would!. The staff at The Kinmel and Kinspa went above and beyond during our staff. They were so friendly and approachable nothing was any trouble. I will be recommending highly to friends and family and am already looking to book my next stay and make use of the spa facilities this time.

Hidden gem in north wales!

Fantastic spa, restaurant and grounds. If you are looking for a relaxing break then look no further. Can’t recommend the staff, the food and the facilities here enough.

I and my sisters arrived for a spa to celebrate our birthdays. I couldn't fault a thing. Lovely time using the hot tub, sauna etc.. Immaculate surroundings, with very polite and friendly staff. The massage was fab followed by Prosecco and tea. The cakes were amazing. We polished it all off in the next door cocktail bar admiring the fantastic scenery!

Had a fantastic weekend break at the Kinmel. The hotel was faultless and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We went into the brand new bar, which is beautifully decorated and we were given complementary drinks as we were the first residents to use the bar! It was a lovely gesture from the hotel! The spa and treatment rooms and tranquility suite are stunning! The panoramic views from the tranquility suite are gorgeous ! We ate in the restaurant and both breakfast and the meal in the brasserie were exceptional! Would highly recommend this hotel and spa! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great place to relax, lovely setting and helpful staff.

I attended a wedding there on Friday. Everything was first class. the venue, the food, the staff everything with the exception of the evening entertainment. Which was ruined by the volume of the music played by the DJ. Who completely disregarded numerous requests to turn the music down to a level which would enable people to speak to each other without having to shout at the top of their voices and still not be heared. He had his head phones on and his head down and seemed oblivious to everything and everyone around him. I think the management should have a serious word with him.
