Amazing food as always. Tuesday to Friday there are different offers on and kids meals are great too, even I'd be happy with the size of one of the kids meals. I had bread and butter pudding too and that was really nice.

I came to meet some of my mates for a few pints and was kindly greeted by carman, Charley and Ellie. The service was fast and I enjoyed my visit to this pub. I would highly recommend coming here if you haven’t before.

I walked into a warm atmosphere, welcomed by two lovely bar staff Charley and Ellie. The service was amazing from all staff members, I enjoyed every second I was here and would recommend going if you haven’t.

went in with my partner and little girl and we had a lovely, relaxed family meal. the food was great and ideal when you can't be bothered cooking! also thought it was fantastic that the owner was present and serving the food, even gave our little one some ice cream on the house! she loved it and great to see a present owner who cares about his customers. Will be back for a carvery 🙂

Had a wake for a close family member here a few days ago and have to say the pub was exactly what we were hoping for a good send off. Staff were amazing - attentive, polite, really respectful. The buffet was the best we've had, with lots of choices for meat eaters/vegetarians alike. Couldn't have found a better place to celebrate such a loved one. Thank you so much, it made a horrible time that much more bearable.

A sad post funeral event. Coped with flexible numbers magnificently and had the right ethos. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic afternoon tea for large family group in March. It was afternoon tea on picnic benches ....with bells on! Everything tasty and very 'gastro pub'. Maybe a bit too much mayo in sandwiches but if that bothers you ask for less first which I will do next time. Also accommodated veggies with quick last minute swaps which were also super tasty. We needed a doggie bag as too much food for one but that's what gives it the wow factor! Excellent customer service and pleasant dining facilities - bonus being opposite the park as kids ran over after carefully crossing road and left the adults to relax! Mums very ill in a wheelchair but she enjoyed so much. Lovely afternoon and we will definitely be back and also try the food menu. Thank you Sir Tom Finney! 5 Stars from us!

Late decision to give The Finney a try.
Heard the food was good and not dissapointed
Morretti and a Cider went down well
We both ordered the Sunday Roast, one Beef (a bit tough) one Lamb (Spot On)
As I always end with I ask a question
"Would I go back there again"?
Definately a Yes!

I haven't been to The sir Tom Finney pub before for food, we normally got the Brown hare but as that's closed for refurbishment, we've been coming here.
Don't think I'll be going back to the brown hare in a rush. The food here is very nice, haven't been disappointed yet, great size portions and value for money. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The Sir Tom Finney, managed by Stephanie and Anthony. A great local pub, wide choice of beers, wines and spirits. The food from the varied menu is great. Thursday is quiz night, plus they play Bingo after the quiz for cash for a line and then house (personally I can't stand bingo!) If you want a good meal and a few drinks, then visit Sir Tom's pub
