Tesco Superstore

I pop in here almost daily on my way to work. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A few of them know my youngest son Tadgh, and they stop to chat to him they always greet him so warmly. He loves the attention. We are so lucky to have this store on our doorstep

Great little tesco in a really good location. Not the biggest store but sells everything you could possibly need.
Staff are really nice

Was just passing by and nipped in for some tea bags. Easy to find thanks to end-of-aisle signs. Very tidy and clean. Self-checkouts were really fast. Impulse bought some bread from the bakery too (very nice). Lots of parking + a petrol station. Will come for a full shop here soon definitely.

Lovely clean store. My local store good range of items stocked but not a superstore by any means but still has 99% of what a household needs. N.B. Has self-serve petrol station on site

Great clubcard deals.

Multiple EV charging bays in the parking lot 1 x 50kW, 2 x 22kW and 2 x 7kW. The slower chargers used to be free but are now paid. These are still cheaper than other public chargers.

Great new store. Great ambiance. But it is not like full range supermarkets, having a limited options in all range of products. Very convenient to locals.

Had everything I wanted. It was busy but there were enough tills working so no long queues. Excellent service!

Great addition to Penwortham. Very convenient, added bonus of having a F&F section, petrol station, scan as you shop, self service tills, click & collect. Good selection overall. Nice and bright, loads of parking. Love the Irish gentleman who is usually at the front of the store, great sense of humor and customer service skill. Since this store opened I haven't needed to go to the Leyland store which is perfect for me.

Excellent supermarket, great range of items, the club card offers are a real bonus and the staff are superb, Patrick is a top fella and always friendly and lovely to chat to.

Swift self serve petrol without the faff of queues at Morrisons on the docks. Superstore is a good size without being too big for the area, and all Covid compliant given its opening date. Layout is practical and thought out with day to day items near beginning of the store and clothing far left, and good balance of self serve and manned tills.

Brilliant store, very much needed in Penwortham! I've never failed to do a weekly shop yet, always had what I needed or an appropriate alternative. It isn't a tesco extra so you can't expect to have every variation of certain brands! Also the roadworks aren't tesco's fault and are already improving with the new junction in and out of the store.
I can't fault the produce, the staff, the facilities.

Great new store, fantastic car park with wide parking spaces, wide shopping aisles, pleasant staff and a well thought out store. Don't forget your Club Card!

Good food, clean store, great staff, and good parking. with prices that are competative or even better than other stores in Penworham.
