Mark was brilliant when I was locked in my house today! He turned up when he said he would, was really friendly and quick to get the door open and working again. He also helped to sort another door which had been giving me problems. I would definitely recommend, great service!

Fantastic service. Called out and arrived in good time on the same day. The lock was replaced and door adjusted quickly and without any fuss. Mark also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and how to prevent any recurrence. Really friendly and very reasonably priced too.

Mark was absolutely fantastic! We accidentally got locked out of our house and he drove from Cardiff within 40 minutes to come and sort out our door lock yesterday at our home 25 miles away. Great prompt and friendly service, Mark was really helpful. I would highly recommed. We had the locks and handles replaced for our upvc back door and window in our conservatory when they recently broke. The handles look a good quality as well.
