Brooklands Community Park & Skate Park

Ample parking space.
Play area for even younger kids and older ones too. The usual swings , seesaws, skating rink of different styles as well as climber rope structures are in excellent condition. But the main attraction for families is the picnic spot meadows. Cool and plenty of space where it won't be crowded at any chance as the place is vast.

The climber and crawler with slides play area is across the meadows which can be visible from car park. Older kids will enjoy the time.

If you want to enjoy RC motor or RC helicopter or smaller drones , this place is enough space for that too. Have seen a few people doing this on a regular basis; never tried myself.

If you wanted to walk through woods, listening your music , do not hesitate - it is cool and comfy. Dog trails behind the woods are neat and clean.

Clean and cool photogenic stream is accessible if you go around the woods. Nice photo spot but a bit slippery in rainy days.
I have been visiting the place for last 5 years - kids love it.

And now there is an ice-cream van and food truck available at the area.

A lovely safe place for kids of all ages to learn how to scoot, bike or any other form of wheeled fun. The area is massive and the surface is nice and smooth. I would advise a coat as The wind always seems to blow when we go there but it doesn’t affect the kids fun factor. Brilliant

Great little spot to take the kids and dogs. Our Daughter learned to ride her bike here. Keep your eye out for when the fair visits the park too!!

Absolutely brilliant.

Kids can run wild in playgrounds and open fields. There’s a mini (junior) road network to learn to ride bikes and to begin developing traffic sense.

A skate / bike park and basketball court are also on site.

Shortly a wildwood adventure playground will be finished too rounding off a wonderful location where kids can be kids!

Great place to learn to ride your bike or skate as there is old track which is wide and relatively flat with ample parking, playground and toilets.

Wide open spaces, but enough space for everyone, loads of free parking, and alot of green space for dog walking, cycling, or just sit around and people watch, certainly visit this place its a must visit.

Take part in weekly Saturday morning Parkrun here, good flat course, rarely muddy or too wet, 2 toilets, children's play area, lots of free parking.

Love it, huge space, toilet, coffee van, parking very busy but possible. It's very windy there due to open place.

Kids love this place for riding and skating the track is perfect and big open spaces as well couldn't ask for more

Great place for the family with the inclusion of the track here and, for all kinds of activities such as walking, kids play area, bike riding, basketball, rollerskating, skateboarding and others. X2 Public toilets, ice cream van for most weekends and the occasional hot food vendor its ideal and a saviour during lockdown times for locals. 🌟🙏

Great place to bring your kids.
Small cycle roads are available. Good to walk with a dog or cat as well

Nice park, good parking and now has a couple of toilets close to the playground. New wooden climbing logs at the edge of the woodland are great for older kids who have graduated from the enclosed play area.

Lovely big open space with a river running through a forest on the edge of the park, and two kiddy play areas along with some skate ramps and basketball courts. Something for everyone but because of this it gets VERY busy during peak times!

Great park for many different things. Large and spacious. I luv it.

Nice skatepark, playground and place for children to learn how to ride their bikes/scooters. Really wide open space. There's also a little "woodland" around the track where dog walkers can go.

There's a separated playground that's great for kids and often an ice cream man there.

Note: there's been a few occasions where the toilets haven't been operational /working.

Rides in great condition and friendly staff, not your typical fair, nice surprise.

My daughter's (3 and 4 yes) loved the cycle track and absolutely loved the wooden playground. It's a winner!
