Spoke to Scott Hodgson today and he was amazingly helpful. He explained everything and answered all my questions and was super patient when I was running around trying to find my purse.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after being so helpful I felt like I needed to. 5 ⭐ customer service and such a lovely person to talk to.

I am a first time renter and found the process of acquiring contents and liability insurance really easy thanks to Libby Shaw. Really lovely and helpful individual! I had a tricky time settling on a move in date and she was really flexible about calling to arrange the insurance. Once a date was arranged she called me in the next 10 minutes to sort the insurance. Fantastic service! Would recommend!

Kris Horabin was incredibly patient and informative. He kindly went through every step of the process with me and managed to have my insurance set up within the day. Can't fault him, thanks again!

The reference check for our house had been open due to some outstanding questions, and when I called directly, George was able to very clearly explain what needed to be done.
