I can’t rate James highly enough. He went above and beyond. He is a lovely helpful and friendly guy. First of all my heating pump went a few weeks before I was due to move. Then the week before I was due to exchange and complete my boiler need replacing. British Gas had capped it off. James was great, he fitted a new one 2 days before I was due to move and came back on the morning of my move to make sure all was ok. Brilliant service from a truly nice guy. Highly recommend.

James was professional, polite and helpful in completing our complex works. Nothing was too much trouble and James ensured that all was in working as expected - even having to come back next day to troubleshoot a couple of glitches for us. He went above and beyond to ensure that all work was completed to a very high standard, neat and tidy. I have recommended James to a number of my friends!

James was recommended to me by my friend. And we're so grateful he was. We've been using him for a couple of years and he consistantly provides an incredible, friendly and affordable service. He diagnoses the problem goes to his van and walks in with the part needed. You can tell he is passionate about providing this level of service and is lovely to see a company that prioritises customer satisfaction. And does it consistently. James was excellent. He sorted out our emergency boiler issue on Sunday morning quickly and efficiently. He arrived within 15 min of calling him, diagnosed the problem and fixed it - all within less than 2 hour. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable-explained everything that needed fixing. Amazing experience.
I had a boiler issue in the middle of winter at 1am. KT Gas came over literally in 10 mins, sorted the boiler issue and house rewarmed again. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I just had another issue recently and he answered his phone straight away and ran me through what to do. Very efficient and so glad I found this company. Thanks again

Great experience with James. Came diagnosed the problem in a logical thorough way. I found James to be a genuine honest person that explained everything that needed fixing. Nothing is to much for him. Answered my questions instantly even in his own evenings. James has been an absolute life safer for two of my properties.
A previous gas engineer put the fear of god into my tenant, saying there was a leak and she was in danger. James came out the same day, reassured her there was no major problems and fixed the issue straight away.
Very genuine, fair priced and trustworthy. Unfortunately there are a lot of cowboys out there so finding James was a massive stroke of luck. Highly recommend!

James was very helpful, initially trying to solve the problem remotely to avoid an out of hours call out charge. When this couldn’t be done, he arrived quickly, sorted the leak. Service was excellent and highly recommend KT

Over the Christmas period we lost heating and hot water. James responded in record time after he got our call and was very friendly so we immediately felt at ease with him. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and before we knew it the radiators were glowing and the tank was heating up. We have already started recommending him to our neighbours.

After being scammed by an emergency company who asked for over £1200 for 2 minutes work just looking, I found James and he sorted everything for us . Quick and efficient. I would recommend not to look for anyone else in the area.

James was excellent - our boiler failed on a Saturday morning in December, and within an hour of calling him he was with us, and the problem was fixed within another hour - all in 2 hours since fault detected. We were very impressed with his efficiency in identifying and fixing the fault so quickly and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone living in the KT postcode area (the area his business covers)

James is really helpful and very responsive. He's a really nice guy and makes every effort to do a good job.

We have been using James for the past 3 years to service our boiler and hot water cylinder annually, repair some heated towel rails and replace the mixer on the kitchen sink tap. He is highly skilled with an in depth knowledge in all things plumbing related!
