The man who takes the orders. 2nd time I've been there in 2 weeks. He has been so polite, gets the order right, reads it back, on collection and leaving ALWAYS Super friendly.

I’ve ordered from Maxime pretty much every Friday night for the last month (Friday has become Chinese night), but I’ve ordered from them on and off for years (diet!) I haven’t ordered from any other Chinese restaurant in the interim because these guys do great food at great prices - always delicious, always friendly service. You might need to redial a few times to get through though (shows how popular they are!) Recommended. 👍🏻

Both me and my partner have ordered from this delightfully addicting restaurant for over 3 years now. This review is long overdue!
Working in the retail business myself, I like to acquire a certain level of service and detail in my day to day. Maxime’s has triumphed over and over again. The food has left me and my partner always coming back for more. The efficiency of the cooks, owner and staff has always impressed me to say the least.
If there are any takeaways that deserve a huge round of applause for there sterling quality of produce and tentative nature, Maxime’s is by far the number one. Thank you all for many years of great service and delicious, authentic food. Hope there are many to come! First avenue thanks you 👍

Absolutely great Chinese food. Every dish is vibrant with veg and completely unique in flavour profile. Not too salty, like most takeaways. My fav is the Kung Pao shrimp and squid in black bean sauce. The Kitchen is spotless, you can see them cook fresh in front of you when you order in person, nothing re-heated. Prices are cheap - the dishes are worth more in my opinion! Amazing value. Better than La Orient and Good Earth and half the price...

Lovely food arrived nice a warm and on time which was given when ordering.
Only thing I would have liked was to have BBQ dry ribs instead of the plain ribs if they where on the menu.

First time I've been here in a very long time... This place went a little down hill some years ago so have been elsewhere since, but popped in as I was on foot and passing on my way home this time and don't regret it in the slightest!! It was the tastiest Chinese I've had in a long time... The young chap that used to run this place with his wife was back cooking being the counter, maybe that's why.... Delicious, thankyou!

Its a great good value takeaway. I always collect as delivery can take time. Delighted with the quality of the food and friendly service.

I have tried all the local Chinesse takeaways in Walton, Hersham and weybvridge and Maxime is by far the best.

First time I've ever used this Chinese as working away.
Delivered within half hour , food was hot and very tasty ,even phoned me to tell me driver was on his way .highly recommended...happy customer.

I have moved around many times over the last decade and have always struggled to find a good Chinese - then I found Maxime in Hersham :-) and delivery is often super quick which is an added bonus!!

We won’t order Chinese from anywhere else in the area. The food is always good & we always get a good service from them.
