Picked up my M4 today, excellent service from Jean from start to finish. I paid for the car upfront without even seeing it and it was absolutely the right choice, mint condition and exactly as described, even had a brake fluid service and a full tank of fuel thrown in. Thanks again Jean, hopefully see you again one day for my next purchase.

I was the buyer of the 2018 Alpine Legende. Jean Soulas was the Sales Executive that dealt with this sale.

Without sounding cheesy, I find it hard to write how happy I was with the sales experience, but here it is:

From the get go, Jean was prompt with answering any questions and working his schedule to mine when planning a last minute viewing. Jean was fair and transparent with the condition of the car, and when it came to the PX price of my trade in vehicle (which I did sell elsewhere before the purchase in the end).

My partner and I always felt welcomed when we visited. Another big part of the experience is both Jean and Oliver are huge petrol heads and are more than happy to engage in random banter about anything cars. They are also very knowledgeable and I always learnt something knew. This experience is sometimes lost at other dealerships which is a shame. However, here it is almost the best part of the sales experience.

Jean always took my points seriously and would relay my concerns to Alpine regarding any service/recall work before the car was purchased. Jean kept me in the loop with the Alpine service centre and the finance team. Jean always went above and beyond when it came to communication with me and I cannot thank him enough.

When I went to pick up the car, it was completely checked over by HWM Caterham and cleaned. Both Jean and Oliver made the effort to have some good chats with me and my partner before we headed off. They even sent us off with a lovely and unexpected Alpine themed gift which was nice!

All in all this has been the best sales experience I have had to date. They have also been more than happy to answer some question post purchase, another thing some dealers would not bother to do!

Proper good old fashioned outstanding service.. from start to finish. I bought an 8 year old car and wanted it to look as if it just come.off the production line! Well they managed it, it's lovely and looks new !

Recently enquired about a car they had for sale. Was passed to a gentleman called Oliver , was very informative & prompt with the personalised video sent over the next working day. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to proceed with the sale of this vehicle due to an issue at my end. My experience with Ollie was how it should be . Polite , knowledgeable, understanding. Even though iv not done business with this guys , I wouldn’t hesitate in the future & I feel it only right to heap praise when it’s deserved. Thanks again Ollie .

I have nothing but total praise for the way in which Ollie has handled the purchase of our BMW. Everything has been done online because of current restrictions and Ollie has been attentive and helpful throughout. This has been the first time that I have purchased something of this value online but he has taken me through each stage with incredible patience. He clearly enjoys his work and it seems that nothing has been too much trouble for him. On this experience, I can thoroughly recommend both him and HWM without hesitation.

It has been a great experience working with Oliver. Very kind,friendly and helpful. My purchased SL seems to have some minor issues after taking it to Manchester, and they seem quite helpful in sorting them out. I highly recommend them. Not the penny pinchers you sometimes get, or try to push their expensive finance.

Many thanks for Paul Flitter for organising an affordable repair to my V8 Vantage. I was so disappointed with my visit to HWM and it was good to get an immediate response and the promise of help. Also great that he delivered on his promisel!

I bought an immaculate nearly new Fiat Abarth 595 Turismo and HWM were very friendly, professional, gave a good deal and no high-pressure sales technique. Even when I called back to have Paint Protection Treatment applied to car, they are always friendly and showed me around the amazing cars they have for sale (Aston Martin, Ferrari and a Bugatti). They have been around for decades and I would highly recommend.

I purchased and collected the BMW 1M HWN had for sale today. From the very beginning the service was excellent and Paul Flitter who I dealt with was very professional, efficient knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

He followed up with a message once I was home and is said he is happy to assist with anything I may need.
