We saw a car an eco sport on the Ford Cobham website . We spoke with Ben Fisher sales team . He was professional and not pushy from the outset when negotiating. We agreed a fair price for the car and for trading our B max car in , which we were happy with . We were initially anxious going to a main dealership we need not have worried. Ben provided a great service making the sales process as simple as possible. He is an asset to the company and will go far. 5 stars all the way.

We had a great experience at Trustford Cobham, which was pretty much down to Omar. When we were having a look on the forecourt, he took the time to introduce himself and talk to us about our options. Omar then guided us through the process without any pressure. When we actually received our car Omar made sure everything in the car was how it should be and even noticed when items were missing. His customer service was fantastic and would definitely use Trustford again.

I came across my now car after browsing the website for some time. I immediately called the Cobham office and made an appointment for a possible viewing. We were introduced to Ben Fisher, and the sale could not have gone any better. “Ben, thank you for all your help, I absolutely love my new car!”.

I initially dealt with Chris as Ford and throughout the whole process I was made to feel like a priority of his. I have spoken to a fee different dealers before and not been made to feel important, I just left feeling 'as another sale'. Chris was honest from the start and knew what was and wasnt important to me and I left extremely happy with the car I purchased. When i collected the car, I dealt with Jack who was equally just as helpful and thorough. Because of this service my sister will now be contacting to Chris to purchase her car also and I know she will receive the same exceptional service.
