Silvermere Golf

Pre booked for a Friday lunch. Parking spaces were limited however we found a free space. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Drinks and food orders were quick, the fish and chips were enormous and the Silver mere burger was delicious. The reserved table had a great view over the lake onto the course.

Fantastic golfing facilities. Husband had club fitting in cutting edge facilities. Biggest mega store for golfing goods I have ever been in. Two storey driving range which is automated and has ball tracking device to see what you are doing. Lovely Inn on the lake for drinks, food etc.
Would definitely recommend.

I live in Maida Vale and used to play at Richmond Park but decided to give another course a go recently. I decided on Silvermere because of location and the fact I couldn't believe a course this good-looking and with so many facilities was a public course. Very reasonable prices too. I paid £60 for my first round, then £50 and now it's £40 for the winter. I love the course, it's a nice mix of a challenge and really picturesque.

Great course and great value for money. For a public course there aren't many better around. The 17th and 18th are over the lake and are so beautifully picturesque and to top it off you can have a beer and lovely food whilst overlooking the final 2 holes.

I had a fitting there today, you will not meet more honest professionals than here. I have been treated like a king today and my fitter Ian campbell has put me in a position where i not only feel ready to break 90 but confident that i can. I seriously recommend this place.

Just got fitted for a driver by Jamie. Top guy and great experience all around. I have also got fitted for a putter in the past, both times I was fitted for a cheaper model than I had budgeted for as it performed better for my particular needs. This for me is always a good sign.

We met in the golf club car Park so we could drive our Aston Martin 's to Brooklands museum in convoy for the owners club heritage festival. Brilliant day with hundreds of Astons.

Had a custom fitting for irons a hybrid a driver and wedges today from Jamie Northcote in the custom fitting centre. I'm currently playing off a 24 handicap I thought can they really improve my game that much being such a high handicap? I must say was absolutely blown away by the level of detail that Jamie put into my fitting even from breaking down my swing to little details such as grip shaft weight and and length also ball striking. I must admit I was apprehensive and very nervous to start with but Jamie was thoroughly professional throughout and really helped me achieve the potential of my swing and I feel I walked away with lots of vital info to help my game along with a better understanding of where I'm going wrong. Id advise any high handicapper that's perhaps thinking people may laugh or somebody that's maybe too nervous to go and have a fit to definitely just go for it as it will give you vital info and pointers that you could be missing out on to help improve your game . So a big thank you to Jamie Northcote and the silvermere golf facility for making my fitting experience reassuring fulfilling and very rewarding i'm really looking forward to receiving my new clubs now regards Ian Rodber

We annually supply a Pool Table for a Charity event at the golf club and are always well looked after by the staff on our arrival. Just wanted to to say thanks.

Great facilities all round at Silvermere and the course is in good shape too. Some great holes especially the closing 17th & 18th, which is a great backdrop as you enjoy a cold drink and food on the terrace of the clubhouse.

It's a reasonably priced nice golf course. Their restaurant serves some nice soups, and it has been me and my golf buddy's routine to finish the round with a nice bowl of soup.

Their staff are all helpful and friendly too. Matthew Elmer from the golf office has been particularly helpful. Since I started using the course only recently, I tend to have random questions now and then. Matthew always gets back to me very quickly with clear explanations.

This place is a golfers paradise. Great course, good range, big selection of clothing and clubs.

10+ stars for Ellen Tilney .. we celebrated a 60th wedding anniversary a week ago in one of the function areas.. Ellen was assigned solely to 30 guests & offering table service with a massive smile always - she was attentive - kind & took care of us all fabulously & generally just an absolute star all round .. Silvermere are lucky to have Ellen amongst their team .. thank you Ellen for everything

Had a really pleasant round here. Facilities are great and the course was in great condition. Staff are also very friendly. Really great club.

Knocked one stone dead 5ft from the pin on the 17th. And on the green in 2 on the 18th. Floated off the course. Yes the bar is nice and the staff are accommodating, it's true the deck is great and there's seating halfway round the lake, sure the foods good too but score 9pts on the last 3 holes here and you'll give it 5 stars even if the club house was a shack.

Lovely meal and great selection of ladies clothes. Great service. 👍

Here for a wedding anniversary lunch party, came down from Devon today. I can only say, that other less capable venues need to come here, just to learn how you do things properly. Faultless service, food was outstanding. Staff where exceptional. Faultless in every way. Great selection of ales at the bar, especially the TEA from Hogs Back Brewery. You get FIVE STARS from me, possibly one of the best lunch venues I have visited.👍👍👍

Quiet, clean and nice outing places for family. Golf course is good condition and beautiful view and restaurant food is fantastic!

Excellent lesson with David Aitchison - hopefully can put the tips into practice!
