Wonderful Customer Service. Rosie and his Son, daughter is very helpful and works with a smile all the time. They set a very good standard for service at a post office. Keep up the great work.

Last minute legends! I shouldn't of left it so late but I needed some euros for my holiday booked tomorrow morning came just before closing and the two chaps were really friendly and helpful!

Never had an issue with the people here, always willing to help and have a chat doing so, Jaz and Anthony were more than helpful when I popped in the other day.

I always find staff in the post office really helpful and friendly. Last week I realised I’d posted a parcel with an incorrect label (doh!). I rushed back and the very helpful assistant managed to locate the parcel and give it back - phew! Sorted with a smile.

Always accommodating and quick service. I go out of my way to this post office over St Andrews specifically for the service

I received an email from Royal Mail about a parcel I didn't know I was getting with a tracking number and vague information about where I could collect it. I phoned the post office in Cupar because I didn't have enough information and spoke to Colin who took my phone number and said he'd call me back once he'd found out if they had my parcel. Not only did he call me back but had tracked down my parcel which was at another post office. Just want to let people know how helpful and friendly Colin was. Made my day!
