Quite simply the best service I've had at a bike shop. Had a huge ordeal trying to sort out a cycle to work scheme with my employer and Daniel was patient, responsive and offered solutions at every corner. They even held the bike for two weeks whilst I travelled up from Leeds to Collect.

Give them your time and your bussiness. Not too many bike shops like this are still around. A real treasure.

I got a puncture after hitting a pot hole down Dura Den yesterday and the air hissed out in seconds. Luckily, 2 Wheel Care were 10 minutes' walk (even pushing the bike with a flat) up the road. They were wonderful and fixed my bike within half an hour. They're so friendly and helpful and we highly recommend them!

Friendly and professional staff/service at a good price. Bikes were serviced and could be collected and returned by 2 Wheel Care free of charge. Would recommend them and certainly will be returning.

Brilliant service from 2 Wheel Care. I hired 2 bikes which were in excellent condition. They were delivered and collected from where I was staying. Great value for money. I would definitely hire again next time I am in Fife. Highly reccomended.

I went in to the shop this morning and received first class service and information on the right bike to buy. To my delight my bike that I purchased just a couple of hours ago has now been delivered for free.

Despite the remote location 2 Wheel Care is an extremely well-equipped bike shop. I commute by bike on a daily basis and have all my repairs and maintenance done here. Can be quite busy during the summer month so it is best to call them and book a slot. The pick-up and delivery service is very convenient when you can’t bring your bike to the shop. Strongly recommend a visit!

Daniel has looked after mine and my children's bikes for a couple of years now. He does a great job with the bikes and with collecting and delivering them all at a very reasonable price.

After cycling a gruelling 50 miles from Edinburgh my chain snapped just outside Ceres. I called the only open bike shop at 5.45pm & was greeted by a friendly gentleman. I was then picked up in a van taken to the cycle shop & my chain was repaired. Brilliant customer service & all for £5. I tried to pay more but they wouldn’t accept.The whole family are lovely and very genuine. I would definitely recommend this cycle repair shop. A real gem!

I had a problem with my gears jumping. Dropped my bike off on the Thursday morning I received a call on Friday morning to say I needed a new cassette picked up the bike on Friday afternoon fixed and ready to go for the weekend.
A first class service and I will be going to see Daniel for my spares and repairs from now on.

Hired 2 bikes whilst on holiday nearby, bikes were dropped off and collected which was great. Professional service and excellent, well maintained equipment. Highly recommended.

Needing a wheel truing rather urgently, I dropped by this new outfit without warning and with no idea what to expect. It's not a regular bike-shop: you have to know (from the map on the website) where to find it. It's single-handedly run by Daniel, the (young - by my standards) proprietor-mechanic from his garage - which when opened turns out to be a veritable Aladdin's cave full of tyres, rims, spares, professional tools and all manner of other bike-paraphernalia. He was out when I arrived, but his mother spotted me looking for the place and invited me in, for, she thought, Daniel would only be a few minutes. Daniel was indeed back very soon, and cheerfully, promptly and skillfully did the job, for a very reasonable price, the while telling me of his exploits a couple of weeks ago as a part of the support-team for a Land's End-John o' Groat's charity ride. Great, personal, friendly and competent service in an out-of-the-way place, but for anyone touring in the East Neuk of Fife, most certainly worth knowing about.

Made a repair on my bike in great time, and for a very reasonable price in comparison to the city based shop I spoke with. Great communication, would recommend highly!

Daniel thanks for your help on Saturday when you replaced a rear wheel spoke in the time it took me to eat a rocky road .

I have a feeling Pitscottie is going to become popular with local cyclists. A first class cycle shop with coffee and buns next door.
