Couper Carpets

A friend recommended Couper Carpets to us when we were looking for vinyl flooring in several rooms. Delighted with the service we received both from the shop and from the fitters - everything happened efficiently and according to plan. Will definitely use again.

As always excellent experience, nothing is too much trouble moving heavy furniture etc. Great selection to choose from and very good advice on what would be suitable depending on the rooms they are to be fitted in. Vinyl flooring has just been fitted in my utility room. We enjoyed good communication and I was able to borrow sample books of their wide range of choices. The fitters were pleasant and efficient and the job is excellent, particularly given how awkward the space is.

We liked the available choices of good quality vinyl flooring for our kitchen, and are very happy with the vinyl we picked. It looks great on the floor.
Customer service was prompt and reliable, they kept in touch with us about the fitting date and time, and were flexible about this when other work on the kitchen was delayed.
The fitters came to us when they said they would, were quick, efficient, and respectful. They made an excellent job. The day after the fitting, our joiner came back to finish a couple of jobs. He has seen many kitchen floors newly-laid, and inspected every inch and edge of the fitters’ work, which he pronounced of top quality.
We are very happy with the entire job and will used Couper Carpets again.

My sister bought a carpet from here which was fitted this afternoon. Absolutely first class service from the moment we stepped through the door. Won't be buying carpets from anywhere else now.

Excellent service from beginning to end....friendly helpful staff when choosing carpet in shop...good advice when measuring and estimating....plus....the best bit....the fitters who came were the best we have ever had...brilliantly efficient and left no mess whatsoever!

They recently supplied & fitted flooring in my house, which I'm delighted with.
