Tan Rallt Holiday Home Park & Spa

My partner & I spent a lovely 5 night break here with our dog & would highly recommend to all. The site is clean, quiet & dog friendly. We made good use of the sauna & jacuzzi which was always available. The staff were always friendly & helpful.

Tan Rallt Holiday Home is a privately owned caravan park nestled in the hillside of Abergele, in North Wales. The park is clean, with a restaurant, clubhouse, sauna, hot tub and small gym. The food is tasty and there is the occasional act in the restaurant. Views from the park are absolutely stunning. This is a perfect couple retreat, adult holiday retreat. There are no facilities for children, but they is plenty to do in the surrounding seaside towns. A beautiful place to relax 🫠

We stayed at Tan Rallt for a weekend break of the weekend just gone.

The site is extremely peaceful, we opted for the trewellin model which had a hot tub. The caravan was clean and modern with a superb kitchen.

The hot tub was amazing, space for four and kept clean and topped up with chemicals daily.

We chose to dine at the cliffs which is the onsite restaurant on Friday night. The food was great and the portion sizes very generous.

On the Saturday we had a massage and a day at the spa on site, we had it to ourselves most of the afternoon and it was nice to relax and take in the view from the floor to ceiling windows of the north wales hills.

I’ve been to lots of spa weekends but never one at a caravan park. This beats any of those hands down for the price and the facilities.

Fab caravan park for couples or groups without kids. Not really suited to children. Bar and restaurant is lovely. Food is amazing. Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Would defo return

Had a lovely long weekend recently, the lodge was beautiful, clean and well equipped, the hot tub was lovely we really enjoyed it. The site itself was gorgeous very well maintained. We booked the trip however through hoseasons who clearly don't give the correct information on their website I have a disability which limits my mobility so we as we always do checked that there was parking outside the lodge, to enable me to access it. On the day that we were to arrive at the site as we were on our way we were contacted by one of the office staff from tan rallt she was very kindly checking that we were aware the lodge we had booked was up 50 steps and we were unable to park the car near the lodge only at the bottom of the steps, I explained I had checked it was suitable for someone disabled she advised our contract was with hoseasons and to contact them which we tried to do and was unable to get any phone number to contact them. Spoke to the lady at tan rallt again who was very helpful she managed to arrange a different lodge for us which was more money but she did arrange a discount as we were not at fault. Thanks to this lady we were able to have our break in a lodge that was accessible and we had a wonderful time. I will never trust hoseasons again. We did find an email address for them in the absence of a phone number, we have sent an email to complain about the lack of information and that they will allow someone trying to book as disabled in a lodge that is up 50 steps but they have chosen to ignore this as yet. We stayed here Monday 3rd July to Friday 7th July in Elwy caravan which is for four to six people overall we enjoyed our stay. There was two of us originally going to be four people staying but I think it would have been a bit tight on space it is small. This caravan is well suited for those who spent the majority of the day outside of the caravan. The shower was a bit small not suitable for tall people. The caravan was clean and our bed was very comfy. We were provided with complimentary tea and coffee, there was hygiene pack included washing up liquid and clothes and we given fresh bedding and towel. There is one car parking space allocated at the side of the caravan. This van is dog friendly we were orginally going to bring our dog but planned changed - there was a dog bed and a few dog bowls provided. The site is surrounded by fields and local woodlands beautiful views. However, you do require a car as the beech is 50 minutes walk and local attractions are 10-15 minutes drive away and the local bus services is non existent.

First time staying at this Caravan site and won't be the last. Perfect from start to finish. Lovely, quiet and out the way of the hassle and bustle of the seaside towns. Our daughter has additional needs so dont like busy, loud and hectic feeling places so its been perfect for us. Even the childrens park being small is perfect for us as its not overwhelming for her. The last holiday we had was traumatic for her and us as the park had an horrific incident happen inside another caravan right next to ours (Ty Mawr, Towyn) so we hadn't been able to convince her to come on holiday since. Its been lovely to see her enjoy what shes always loved being at the seaside ans in a caravan all thanks to this site. Location is perfect as its Short drives to the popular seaside towns either side too and then a short drive back to the calmness of this park. We had the cheapest caravan (Bala) however it didn't feel that way. Lovely, clean fresh caravan and well equipped with everything you'd need for a self-catering holiday. The welcome pack was a nice touch too. Views are beautiful from all over the park and caravans.

Lovely Stay - Spacious rooms, everything was extremely clean and modern - Big shout to Mike who stayed up and waited for our late arrival, Highlight of the trip was the hot tub over looking the cows and sheep - Very peaceful place - 1 Hour drive from Snowdonia and they have car charging facilities - I would stay again :-)

Excellent park in a tranquil position with beautiful views of the valley.
Only 5 mins from Abergele town centre,lovely grounds all kept to a excellent standard.
All the staff are polite and professional,a lovely restaurant also on site.

We stayed in the Cliff Top Lodge, nice and peaceful with no sound or light pollution. Just the sound of the birds, occasional sheep and cow sounds. We were not overlooked and very private. Hot tub was fantastic and ultra clean, was great when the rain came down too. Just perfect for our honeymoon. Highly recommend.

Lovely site peaceful and relaxing. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The views are stunning. The dog was able to come too plenty of places to walk her. Enclosed play area. The caravan was a good size and lovely inside. The directions given where easy to follow the roads are narrow but they where there before the site so just enjoy the drive.

What a beautiful hidden treasure this place is. I felt instantly calm on arrival where two lovely park wardens offered to carry my luggage. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a wonderful time with delicious meals in the restaurant. Look forward to going back soon to use the spa.

Me and my family have stayed here two years on the run. Paris is lovely as is all the staff. Food in the Restaurant is lovely. We had a Jamaican night last weekend which was brilliant and my three kids kept going back for more which was great to see. Will definitely be back next year. Great location

Just returned from Tan Rallt with what's been a really lovely stay and would really like to say we will definitely consider visiting again. All the staff were so friendly and so helpful and our lodge accommodation was beautiful with the most breathtaking views. A great base for exploring too. 👍

Loved it, we stayed in the cliff top lodge and the views were amazing! Having the outside hot tub made it even better, sipping a cider in the hot tub looking at rolling green hills, beautiful. It's only a short drive to Colwyn beach, perfect day trip with lovely sand and parts are dog friendly.
Will be coming back soon I hope!

Tan Rallt is a lovely park.
Awesome 360 degree views of the Welsh countryside. A very quiet park for those who appreciate tranquility.
Very Helpful friendly owners and staff. Also, a very well maintained holiday park. Beautiful gardens, with spectacular views.
The site is close to Abergele Town, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno, Deganwy and Anglesey is just a 30minute drive away on the fast flowing A55. A great route to other attractions in North Wales too. A very nice restaurant is on site too. Also, a hot tub, sauna and gymnasium is provided on the site as well.
A Highly recommended retreat for those of you who are looking for true peace and tranquility.

This family owned and run site is a hidden gem overlooking amazing countryside yet only a 3 minute drive fom the beach. Great facilities and immaculately looked after. The staff are incredibly helpful and whether yourstaying for a short break or looking to buy a pre owned caravan you will not find a better site than this in North Wales

Beautiful, country setting, clean caravan (sleeping 6) and friendly staff (especially at the restaurant). Beds not the most comfortable but for a 4 night stay, we couldn't complain. We will be returning :)
