I have been receiving shockwave for a few months following my injury on my arm .
I find it gives me so much pain relief and increased mobility

The shockwave therapy worked for me. My left shoulder pain has reduced and movement improved since last few weeks after the first 2 sessions. Danny has been great at explaining and giving the treatment.

I had 6 treatments of acupuncture for my plantar fasciitis, but to no avail .but since starting shock wave treatment with Danny things have improved immensely. Just wish i had found Danny & his team earlier...has been a real game changer for the pain for me

After many months of deep tissue sports massage my sciatic related glute / top of hamstring and back of knee pain kept returning. Driving triggered the pain in my left leg and cycling was painful too. Six shockwave sessions with Jon has made a real difference and now I can drive and cycle pain free. I stumbled across Shock wave therapy after researching on the internet. I have been treated for nerve pain in
my foot. I have had three sessions so far and it is improving but slowly. It’s not 100% if it’s Morton’s neuroma or referred from nerve damage related to a major operation in my spine. I do think it’s worth trying the Shock wave treatment and I’m sure for certain problems the treatment would not be painful but I should point out that because there are a lot of bones in the foot I have found it to painful and it can take a number of days to recover enough to assess if you think there’s an improvement. Taking this into account, I still think it’s worth trying it. My treatment has been with Alfie and he’s very good an explaining everything and working with you. Don’t forget you must help yourself to heal so you must keep up any exercises or stretches that have been suggested. Just pick up the phone and enquire if you’re not sure. Hope this helps anyone contemplating which direction to take with an injury.
