Iceland Supermarket Croydon

One of the best places to shop for anything quick, it’s my local store and I love what I can get from that store to feed my family

Iceland is very good on stock from frozen food to every day needs loads of £1 pound products.

I was referred this branch by a nearby Iceland because I wanted some specific things.
Unfortunatey they didn't stock the chip shop curry pie or the Birds Eye Unicorn waffles.
Apart from that I managed to get Lorne sausage and Spam fritters.

It was my first visit to this branch. The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. Fruits and vegs were fresh. I will definitely be shopping here on a regular basis

The store itself is very good with helpful staff but if iwas to be picky the entrance is right in front of the market place so it gets crowded.

Well stocked supermarket. Not just frozen but all your household essentials. Plenty of self checkouts and staff on hand to help. Helped me with problems with the automated till. Now encouraging us to have Iceland cards so we can save money on shopping. Prefer here than Lidl. Best in Addington.

Amazing customer service. The stuff is always really helpful and sweet. Although it's more like a convenient store but you can still get all essentials products, not only Frozen Food. You can park for 30mins for free out side the store public parking.

After a totally rubbish morning with another branch when I ordered online for a school event and got the barest minimum, I went rushing to this store to buy in what should have been delivered. I had just under £200.00 of soft drinks and Shannon at the till asked if I wanted this to be delivered to my house? She did say that there might be a spare slot and she asked Chris to check. This was possible and I left Chris and Grace to pack my 700 cans of drink. Shannon didnt need to offer me the delivery and I did not ask or expect it so she went above what she needed to do. I am glad that this store has been refurbished and with such lovely staff I wont be going back to my usual store which let me down with home delivery and instead go to this store instead.

Ample parking easy access

Good location with access to buses and tram. Easy to find items and fast service.

I would rate Iceland Foods a 5/5 stars because, it has great quality food, the staff there are so lovely and everyone is so kind and they work so hard to do their job.😀

Well managed, well stocked, brilliant staff (very helpful and polite & can always have a laugh & joke.) At the moment (covid) it always feels safe and clean.

Excellent store great staff especially the Store Manager she works so hard to give the customers at New Addington everything they need well done to all keep up the hard work 🤓

Very friendly staff, and a great variaty of foods, love the tgi Friday freezers

The staff are really friendly, they chat to you like your old friends it makes shopping so much more fun
