Lucky store

I have been living in green st green for 14 years, never had any nasty comments etc , owner has been nothing but nice, also other employees so I beg to differ at these nasty comments

Shopkeeper that has taken over seemed really nice. No problems dropping off a parcel on Sunday morning.

Vile rude men who work in here need lessons in customer service and basic manners

Tall man with dodgy teeth is so rude, shouldn't work with public and owner needs to be aware of his attitude, as all other staff are nice.

Shopkeeper snatched a card out of my daughter's hand, which she had just purchsed from the next door chemist, accusing her of theft from his shop. After standing her ground he eventually had to hand it back after realising that he did not stock that particular design. Even then, he did not apologise but instead ordered my daughter to leave the shop. I have advised my daughter to call the police immediately if such an occurrence as this should ever happen again. This shopkeeper appears rude, arrogant and lacks the common courtesy of the old fashioned corner shop.

I wanted to put 0 but couldn’t. The man in this shop is the rudest, more unhelpful shop keeper I have come across. I needed information on something about covid travel test. He had in his head I was coming to complain and all he could say was that he had given me the test, he had done his job and I needed to leave his shop! He was not interested in listening nor helping at all. Shocking

I began to suspect I was the subject of a "you've been framed" prank as I was told with a wave of the owners hand to "go somewhere else" to drop off the Amazon return package they offer as a service, then promptly reinserted his earbuds ....presumably to continue his Basil Fawlty guide on "how to ensure customers don't return".

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! THE SHOP OWNER SEES FIT TO VERBALLY ABUSE OLD LADIES!! The shop owner was extremely rude to my elderly mother today because she used the paypoint to pay some bills. He told her she cost them money and asked what she was buying! Ignorant, rude little man !! I'll be over to see you soon Mr. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM ???

Rude man. I don’t understand why this store is there. Never go there.

I go there only for cash as there is a free cash machine inside the store and it’s one of the nearest ones.
