Great place for repairs and MOT - friendly staff. I recently got the head lamps replaced - Adam at the garage git it done within minutes and charged me next to nothing!

I went into Halfords Orpington branch to change my two rear tyres, Dave made the experience very simple, he advised me on the correct brand and size of tyres to buy and an appointment was made for me to bring the car in.
On the day the tyres were due to be fixed, I totally forgot about the time and got carried away with house work, Dave called me to let me know they are waiting for me,
I took my car there much later and Dave was very pleasant and dealt with the issue.
I took an Uber home and Dave contacted me when the car was ready to be collected.
All in all Dave made my experience very easy.

I will like to say that even though the customer service was excellent, the heat condition in the office was unbearable.
There was no fan or air conditioning in the office, it was a very hot day and I could not be in the office because it was unbearable.
For a big company like Halfords, that was disappointing.
There is no care for staff and your customers!

Had to get a few bits for my car . On this occasion, they didn't have all I wanted. Which is a first however an excellent selection of high quality tools.

Very helpful team at Sevenoaks Way, told me to join the motoring club (for free) which gave me a discount on a new tyre.

Fabulous service! Discovered I had a slow puncture yesterday and ordered a new tyre last night. Booked a 2 hour time slot for first thing this morning! Tyre fitted first thing at my place of work. Great value and excellent service. Will recommend!!!

Bought and fitted tyres here. Great service, the manager waived chargers for unplanned work. Latest Halfords customer service also refunded a Halfords Motoring Club discount that had not been correctly applied on the online checkout.

This is the second time I brought my car here for its mot and am yet again very pleased I did.
Online Booking was very easy without too long to wait.
I was warmly welcomed by Andy, who made me feel like a well valued customer.

The mot was completed within an hour and my car passed again, with only an advisory for a small cut on rear tyre and the dash cam on the window.
It's my go to place that I feel I can happily trust to leave my car for it's mot.

I was impressed with the ease of booking my car for a clutch problem plus the attention shown by the receptionist. The car required other work to be carried out and everything was clearly explained in order to justify the larger invoice.
Given that it was a bank holiday weekend I was happy to receive a call on the following Tuesday informing me that the car was ready for collection.

Called them at 3pm on a Saturday to see if they could change rear tyre on the same day as I got a puncture. Less than an hour later it was done. And all for what I thought was a fair price. Excellent service.

Friendly and quick. No nonsense! I wasn't sure what to expect as I usually use my local mechanic. Decided to change things up and I must say I'm very impressed with the customer service and how quickly the whole thing took. Literally an hour, with some detailed advisories.

Will be coming back next year!

Had my MOT, NHS discount for blue light card meant it was very very reasonably priced for the MOT, two new tyres and the work. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Got m th peugeot 508 headlamps aligned and replaced and sorted in no time. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.
Prices are clear, so you know what you pay and with online booking couldn't get any easier.

This workshop carried out a MOT and an interim service. I dropped the vehicle in at 8.30 am and it was ready by lunch time. The car passed the MOT. Some advisory points were made. The interim service was done. Due to the pandemic the car had not been used much during the year. Only about 1000 miles had been covered instead of my normal of 5000 miles. Hence I expected only minimal wear and tear from last year.

The staff at Halfords were amazing. I bought a second hand car but they found an internal fault with the engine which lead to it being oil.
They immediately called me up, advised me to check trading standards and created a report which I could then send onto the trader to start a claim.
Amazing service.
