Sarah has been a great host. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything in working order. Freshly cooked, tasty breakfast. Great location if you want to explore the surrounding area and all the waterfalls. I would definitely return on a next trip. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to start exploring South Wales. Lovely rooms, fantastic breakfast. Sunday lunch is huge and Thursday night is curry night. Very warm and friendly and cosy pub to end your day and relax

I recently had a 2 night stay at The Rheolau Arms. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed along with a good sized bathroom. The cooked breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Many thanks Sarah. 😁😁

I cannot recommend this B&B enough. I had a superb room (no 1) and the service was exceptional. The lady who runs it went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was also superb 5*

What a fantastic Christmas lunch, very traditional and all homemade the cheesecake was lush . All this for a very reasonable price

We had a lovely stay here, the rooms were well furnished which come with a very generously nice large en-suite. The rooms were clean, lovely friendly hosts and a perfect full English in the morning. Will definitely stay here again

Went for a birthday party. We had curry with rice chips and naan bread. Great portion sizes. Food was pipping hot. Couldn't fault it great value for money.

This was such a beautiful place in a peaceful setting. The room was incredibly massive, and we woke up to the sounds and sights of the stream opposite. It was divine! Sarah, the owner was so welcoming and warm and we had a lovely chat. Great place, clean and spacious. The shower was the biggest shower I've been in. Room was so big there was enough space for my 2 kids to run around and play in before bed.

had a lovely little night or two and this place. bloody buzzing at the gorgeous curry . nothing to complain about!!! this one geezer. Timothy I believe. don't particularly know if he works here but he's hell of a guy . bought me a cheeky drink and we had a lovely day . proper chap him. lovely place to meet long life friends😊😊

Had a quiet pint in the pub watching two local darts teams play. Nice friendly pub and a reputation for good food.

We had a fantastic stay here. Sarah was a lovely welcoming host who looked after us well. The room was so lovely and cosy with a large roomy en-suite bathroom. Great standard for the price. We had the breakfast too which was super and set us up for perfectly for a big day of walking

Conveniently located on the main road. Close to service station, Tesco and other Take Aways. Host was wonderful. Very welcoming, rooms were clean and tidy.

Stayed here for 2nights and had booked two rooms. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, great service and staff, and homecooked breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend this B&B and the host Sarah! No complaints!

A delicious Sunday lunch. Plenty to eat - I just about had enough room for rice pudding - , the beef was really tender and there was a decent selection of vegetables. I don't do carrots but was reliably informed they were tasty. Not the first time we have been to the Rheolau, have never been disappointed.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly welcome on arrival and never stopped being friendly and helpful. Good food bedrooms lovely clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay couldn't fault The Rheolau Arms Abercave

Arrived last night.Great service ,great rooms and very clean. It's a great little place to stay for the night and the facilities in the room are also great. The breakfast had alot of choice and the cooked breakfast was lovely also. Great little place and I would recommend!!!!!!!
