Staff very helpful

Easy to get to, good car park. Clean and tidy store. The staff are very helpful when we asked. We was looking for fire wood and it wasn’t in the main store and they staff told us where is the best time to usually get it. But also where we can get some right now and that they have a small amount store away. So many household things are found that make it good for the homeless. From DIY to garden items too. A very good wide range of products which I was very happy about. I will come back here whenever I need something sorted at home.

The store is big, you can find almost anything. The staff is very nice and polite. Great expérience.

We had a bike problem and they authorized us to borrow their tools to fix it ! You don't see that often !

Je me suis présenté, au magasin, le mardi 26 décembre pour l’achat d’un ballon d’eau chaude, et deux radiateurs. Je n’y connaissais absolument rien, je suis tombé sur un petit jeune (qui portait un badge Lucas. ) ce monsieur a pris le temps de me renseigner, de m’aiguiller, et de valider mon choix. Il as fait preuve d’une grande patience, j’étais avec ma fille de trois ans. Il est revenu plusieurs fois auprès de moi, Pour être sure que j’avais été bien renseigné. Il a su me donner des détails techniques sur l’installation d’un ballon d’eau chaude et sur la pause de deux radiateurs. Il a envoyé un de ses collègue au sous-sol pour aller récupérer un radiateur qui n’était pas en rayon. Bravo à lui pour sa patience et ses compétences rare de nos jours.

J’ai acheté tous mes luminaires pour mon appartement là bas, merci à Yeliz pour son aide pour m’aider à choisir les luminaires en fonction de ma décoration. Meilleure vendeuse, très professionnel, à l’écoute de mes demandes. Une vendeuse qui m’a accompagné du début à la fin, rien à redire
