This is a great bridge like the tower bridge in London. From this bridge you can enjoy the beauty of the Seine River as well as the Eiffel Tower. Best place to take snaps of both the places.

It is among my favorite places in Paris, for the view on the Eiffel tower 🗼 and for all the nice promenades, restaurants and museums nearby ✨

Paris is always beautiful, as ever.
The walk along the Seine starting from Pont d'Alma right up to Place de la Concorde is breathtaking. Along the river, you come across quite a few famous landmarks. One of them is Assemblée Nationale. The Grand Palais and the Petit Palais. And, of course, Eiffel Tower is ever present on the horizon. Then there is the needle at place de la Concorde.
The Place de la Concorde is itself impressive. On that square, there is The Crillon, the famous Palace Hotel. On the other side, there is Jardin de la Tuillerie.
And this is less than a kilometre of walk.

Couldn't find a more stunning views of Eiffel tower than this bridge, and just walk 5 minutes west to find these beautiful street romantic places, to have a drink or a bite. And extraordinary shots of the river and the tower

It's a nice site. Sadly this is also a memorial for princess Diana. Definitely worth it to stop by while in Paris.

Nice view on Eiffel Tower and the Seine. It was cold, though, so we took the RER C fast enough. Otherwise, it's a place to gaze the iron tower for a while with a cold breeze (but not that cold )

We walked across this bridge to see Flame of Liberty. It was very busy but it was round about rush hour. It was lovely to see the Boat Cruises going up and down and River Seine and Eiffel Tower in view xxx

Making the effort to see the Ponte de Alma is in own way almost a pilgrimage to see where Diana the late Princess of Wales life was so tragically taken away.

One of the great bridges over the Seine named after a victory over the Russians in the Crimean War. At one of the supports stands an infantry soldier from this conflict, a Zouave. The guide said that Parisians look to the statue as a river guide - water at the feet usually results in walkway closure while water at the hips makes boat traffic unlikely. On the side opposite from the Eiffel Tower rests the Flame of Liberty, a monument to Franco-American relations and is a recreation of the Statue of Liberty’s torch. The tunnel below is where Princess Diana was killed, so this square has been named for her and the monument is often decorated with temporary displays dedicated to her.

If you want a quiet place to explore Eiffel, this bridge is perpect, not so crowded, you can get a beautiful shot of the Eiffel Tower . On the side there’s a restaurant you can eat and drinks, there’s also food cart for quick bite while staring at Eiffel Tower.

Near where princes Diana car crash (underpass highway). Place is beautiful. A replica of the Statue of Liberty fire is near the bridge also.

Great if you want to get from one side of the river to the other. Otherwise pretty inconsequential
