If you have time check out the open air " flea markets" in different parts of Finland.

Second hand stuff for cheap price.. Mainly consists of women's branded clothing. They are almost new. Must visit place if you want to get items like porcelain items, electric items for a cheaper price.

Very well managed. Probably the nicest second hand store in Oulu. Prices vary, we go there regularly and come back with purchases.
