Beautifull cosy and spacious hotelroom, very clean. Everything is decorated in Lapland style, i really liked it !
There are coffee and thee facilities on the room. And there are ironing facilities in the room.
Very good breakfast and a wide variety of food options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Theme of the hotel shows throughout. Breakfast has wild berries, several fish, honey straight from a honeycomb, custom made omelettes and all the usual goodness. Sauna and swimming pool to relax in. Lapland themed shampoo. Decorated walls. Will visit again.

Absolutely top hotel. Clean, stylish, with many light controls to change the mood in the room. Comfy, large bed. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Bath robes. Great-smelling soap. Large breakfast offer with many vegan items on display. Would definitely book again.

In terms of hardware the hotel delivers to its promises. Excellent breakfast. ... we didn't dine at the restaurant but am sure it delivers as well!!! And they have espresso and capucino!!! This hotel exceeded our expectations.

A 7-10 mn walk to the city center but once your back to the hotel you don't want to move ! Wonderful breakfast with many options , free sauna and swimming pool at the basement .

Found this gem of a hotel on our trip to the North of Finland. The staff was incredibly friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Room were very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Good value for the money. We booked one of the rooms with a sauna and a balcony with views of the Oulu cathedral for a good price. Staff was very helpful and even prepared a breakfast on the day of our departure because we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast buffet started. We also had the breakfast buffet the morning before that, which was also quite good. We will be back for sure!

One of the best hotels we've been in Finland, good quality, commodity and price. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.
We would have liked to stay longer, but definitely, we'll come back!

Super cosy hotel in Lapland style. The room looks super spacious thanks to the mirror wall. It's super clever! And the bed is really comfortable with its fluffy pillow and blanket. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet, which makes it a nice stay.

A lovely and well-located hotel at the top of one of the main streets of Oulu. Great interior in the contemporary style. Well stocked bar, including some interesting local craft beers for fans of the genre.
The rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the adjacent school, but many rooms will not overlook it and in any case it is only for a short time during break times.
The staff are amazing. Very polite, friendly and helpful.
There's also a lovely park just beside the hotel. We went in winter and it was beautiful.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oulu.

Unique style hotel, with a reindeer / nature theme. Exceptionally good breakfast! Rarely will you find a breakfast selection this good at a hotel. Good restaurant for meals too. The reindeer burger was good!

Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed during my time in Oulu! Right from the booking, the staff especially Tiia helped us with the booking and offers and our multiple queries regarding the amenities. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tiia helped us with all the required information right from places to visit to how to use public transport in Oulu etc (appreciate this!). The restaurant served healthy hygienic food.
The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. We had 12 great evenings here, with the best amenities and facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
All respect for the staff specially Tiia who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Sadly we only had a one night stay but enough to say the hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and warm, the rooms are great and they welcome you with lovely fresh fruit.
The breakfast buffet is pretty good, the variety is not too much the products are great and the presentation is fantastic, also had the basics so no worries. Also if you need a different drink the coffee staff will make it happen for you as they did for my hot chocolate, thanks again.
In general a great stay in a lovely town, loking forward to come back.

A hotel in a very northern style. The staff is very friendly and always keen to help. The spa is included with a community room, saunas and a pool. The rooms are very nicely decorated and in general very good.

In my opinion the best hotel in Oulu. Rooms are comfortable, clean and contemporary. The Lapland theme has been well implemented and does not feel tacky at all. I'm very happy with the service I've received from the staff, only thing that disappointed me was that the customer bicycles had been decomissioned for the winter in the winter cycling capital of the world! Don't expect too much from the view, but the hotel is only a short walk away from all the sights and restaurants of downtown Oulu.
