The team were very helpful with our equipment rental and provided great suggestions for ice fishing locations.

The Bike Service at Eräsoppi is outstanding: went inside their well supplied store for all outdoor life lover, to find kind and helpful staff that new exactly what was wrong with my son’s bike and solved the problem in no time to continue with our beautiful bike day in the forest. Will be back for sure and bring all our bikes to have them at their best performance. Thank you!!

Outstanding service! I had a serious problem with my bike, they arranged and fitted a replacement wheel and got me back on the road. They went well beyond normal service to get this done that same day, so I didn't lose my prebooked accommodation. Thanks again!

Great service. They were able to help us with two broken gear cables and a new chain with very short notice. Our bikes were back on the road on the same day! Very reasonable prices.

What a fabulous store! We called in on Sunday afternoon and were very impressed with the product range available but mostly the lovely helpful staff who directed us to the local lakeside viewing area for the Northern Lights! We found it, we saw saw them! and are so grateful to you for sharing your local knowledge with us. It ended our wonderful holiday on such a high. 😊 Thank you so much xx M.J.V and G. Rented four pairs of snow shoes. Excellent service. Also bought a thermos and personnel filled it with fresh coffee for our hiking trip!

Alunperin valitsin kaupan erään jättitoimijan sijaan, jolla myös kyseistä patjaa olisi ollut myynnissä ja kyllä kannatti. Pienestä yrityksestä saa nopeita vastauksia ja joustavaa palvelua. Ostan jatkossakin täältä, jos tarve tulee!

Tilasin uuden makuualustan. Nettikaupan valikoima oli mielestäni loistava, kaikki tarvitsemani tieto oli saatavilla ja hintakin oli kohdillaan. Tilaaminen sujui mutkattomasti ja oikea tuote saapui kahdessa päivässä perille. Suosittelen!

Tilasin verkosta hiihtosauvat, jotka olivatkin loppuneet varastosta. Sain korvaavat tilalle ja toimitus saapui erittäin nopeasti. Kiitos paljon.

Useamman kerran olen liikeen ohi mennyt vaellusreissujeni siirtymien aikana, mutta nyt tulikin yllättävä tarve hankkia Skinejä ja olihan se hienoa löytää tuote teiltä ja toimitus pelasi näpsäkän nopesti myös tälläiselle Etelänmiehelle.
