Bizarre hotel, not just the architecture but the plumbing! perhaps the one place in Africa you can rely on getting a hot shower as its plumbed into the hot springs and even the toilet flushes hot!

Wendo Genet - Wabe Shebelle Resort Hotel was one of the Emperors favourite locations. The architecture might be brutalist with loads of glass but the facility is interest so too the nearby surrounds. One can swim in the hot spring (a small payment) is required, walk, cycle, jog an in the evening enjoy the ambiance of the Hotel.

To get to Wendo Genet from Addis leave early in the morning, see the sites and overnight
