Most of the service that i have seen from MOENCO company for me i am not that much satisfied. problems I have seen# 1 some parts request which is not available in one branch may not come from another branch at Right time. #2 one vehicle case takes more than 1 year is not fair for the company as well as the owner of the vehicl

MOENCO Bahir Dar two, is our company choice b/c ,we have got fast service even the relation of the management group is very good and we can easily communicate with them. I am working on Uniliver as regional manger. In the first place i would like to thank for your invitation to fill this review: As of a customer with Moinco i am intersting to mention the below comments for Moinco at Bahirdar Branch 1 (Near to Azewa);

Strong side:

*Customer handling is good
*Work environment is quite silent. It is not noice and also it is very comfortable to customer.
*Documentation and payment receipt is very clear and neat

Weak side:

*During car maintainnce due to accident or other issue, work accomplishement has taken long time. *Spare part has an issue. Even order of spare part coming from head office (Addis ) is not ready to do promptly.
*Another issue is finace and casher: there is some sort of ambiguity on that area. If there is a little issue beteween two parties (Moinco & us), no one has fullconfident to brief, handle and solve the issues as soon as possible.So that customer has been offended about the uncessary time spent with in this little issue. So that the company must be over look on that department.

This is the point what i observe.

Suggestion: 1. Time delaying it may be scarcity of parts
2. As corporate claint i.e abay insurance s.c you have to give spacialy fast order
3.during additional mechanical assessment once and for the last time you have announce dtail citation.
4. Separate Salvage putting style use in order to simplify working burdens
5.please refer the previous work order in order to remove reapting order and replaced or reparing parts with out order and authorization ouners
