I believe that the Star given for this place is appropriate. The waiters are very professional and well trained. I really enjoyed the service and also their meal. It is just near lake tana so you can go for walk aftrr having your meal. Regarding security, it is secured and well protected place that many national and international guests choose stay.

Great location, amazing service with big smiles from all the people, our kids loved it a lot. We definitely come back. We miss the free buna, coffee at the front desk :)Thanks!!

Excellent Hospitality from the staff, clean rooms, walking distance from Lake Tana, very nice Bar and Restaurant with bad music free entrance, nicely kept garden, fast speed free WIFI.
