Excellent customer service from top to bottom Has a great breakfast buffets with a variety of foods and drinks. This hotel has a great location to view the downtown of Gonder in all of it’s rooms. We love their greeting/politeness in and out …. Please keep it up!! Loved to stay more here 😊😊😊😊

El personal muy amable y con enorme disposición, nos organizaron incluso una cena especial con fiesta sorpresa (era la nochevieja occidental). El servicio de restaurante también muy bien. Única pega, deberían tener más personal para mantenimiento de los pequeños fallos (moho en un baño, un grifo un poco flojo...), Seguro que no es caro y en este país hace falta crear empleo

Très bel établissement, superbement situé sur les hauteurs de Gondar. Tres belle piscine et petit-déjeuner de premier choix. Personnel très agréable. Mais attention pas d'ascenseur.
