Spacious store with large aisles and a great choice of fruit, vegetables and other goods. Staff are all very helpful, and kind.

Tamara on the checkout deserves a special mention as being very sweet with teaching the kids Spanish words. Great customer service x

Love this place. Only one I use when I'm Benidorm, fruit is so fresh and not expensive, bread freshly baked on site, wide isles and very clean. Staff are friendly.

Very clean and cool inside. Pricing was cheap and good quality all round. Just the checkout operator appeared rude and continued talking to other member of staff just because we are foreign but he didn't know that I speak fluent Spanish. I had even said good morning and thank you but we as customers were oblivious to him. But still apart from him the store still gets 5 stars.

This supermarket is just round the corner from the hotel La Era park apartments we shop here for the 4 weeks we were here

Great store and some helpful staff. I understand stand there's can be a language barrier, but I asked one of the staff something. Just to get what I think was just a don't know back.

Good selection, reasonable prices.. slightly Hidden and recessed from view behind the stores carpark (the carpark is in front of the store, not behind). Great gluten free range of products (sin gluten), friendly and helpful staff although very few seem to speak or understand languages that aren't Spanish but helpful considering language barriers. If you plan on buying more groceries you can carry back to your accommodation by foot , ask an employee to order a taxi, they were very obliging and did as such for our group. There is a carrier bag levy so it might be worthwhile bringing your own if you plan on buying lots of groceries.

I love this supermarket. Spacious, clean and fantastic ranges of fresh produce. Also anything we have bought has been fresh and delicious. Smaller sections of what I would class as junk food unlike supermarkets at home which seem to have aisle upon aisle of processed rubbish. Pity there is nothing like this at home.

A bright and clean supermarket. We mainly visited for some staples such as bottled water which is much cheaper than the mini markets in Benidorm.

If you want to shop for groceries in Spain, without having your arm twisted up your back, Mercadona is one of the best places to go. Essentials such as water are a fraction of the price at the minimarts. Fresh Food is usually very well kept and maintained. The stores are scrupulously clean. You can get a lot of 'English' products at Mercadona.
It appears cigarettes are no longer available in supermarkets (they may have been hidden), the Spanish government being very serious about control of their sale / smoking in public places.

Well organized product layout. A large selection of fresh meat and meat products. I buy my favorite bread "5 grains" here.

Everything you need under one roof and at a great price

This branch is behind the Clinica Benidorm. If you're unlucky enough to have to visit Benidorms top, private, hospital this could be a good spot to catch up with essentials. As usual, Mercadona staff are pleasant and helpful at all times. Prices are good too.

Spotless ...great stock, staff and prices. Lots of room in the Aisles to socially distance too. Probably the best ive ever been in !!!

Been in many times over the last 15 years while on holiday. The breakfast I used to have there I will always remember and the kind staff that was always there. The selection inside the store has always been great and is always a friendly place to go.
