Amazing hotel and well worth paying the extra for the level upgrade.
We had a premium room on the 7th floor which had stunning views over the coast.
Staff were very friendly throughout and made you feel welcome.
The lounge for level members was open most of the day with nibbles and a range of drinks.
We loved the Aperitif hour with great cocktails and small dishes.
The breakfast has everything you could ever need or want.
We didn’t eat at the restaurants but the food did look lovely at the Italian.

4 night stay and 3 days of golf, weather perfect, bunkers challenging, buggies definitely recommended, greens true and very fast, breakfast delicious, varied and as much as you could eat, short taxi ride into Old Benidorm for more food choices and nightlife. Going again in 2025 which says it all!

Totally amazing, was so surprised at how great this place actually is, upgrading to “the level” you can eat n snack all day for free if you fancy that, breakfast is included which is buffet but wow the choice is great, you won’t find a better hotel/resort in Spain, and the staff are brilliant, rooms are cleaned daily, minibar always stocked up for adults and kids, the grounds are huge, and if your planning an event this is where to do it.

For golf in November we found it to be quiet as it is really off season for holidaymakers. It was great, friendly and really tranquil. Thinking of going back next year for golf. 🏌⛳

Stayed here for access to the two golf courses. The complex is based on a small town architecture and is enormous but we'll set out. The staff were brilliant and I would stay even if not playing golf. However, it is a bit out of the way so taxis are necessary.
The Levante course is excellent, but the Poniente is 'pitch and put', so avoid if you're a serious golfer.

We spent one day in the hotel for the iguana fest and it was great. All the staff really nice and helpful. The swimming pool and the services are very good. Also the restaurant are good. Special attention received from the director of the hotel. I definitely recommend the place to spend time with family and friends!

The hotel is fabulous in every aspect. So many different activities during the day and the workouts given by Victor, Dani and Alexandra were 10/10!!!
Also the staff is so nice and always attentive. It was amazing staying here.

Great place. It’s excellent to travel with family. The resort has amazing views, great golf course, wonderful pools and good entertainment for the whole family. Service is very good too and the rooms and very clean and comfortable. I recommend staying at the level. Only area for improvement is the food in the buffet, that after a couple of days is a bit redundant.

The hotel is huge with several restaurants and swimming pools and a large Level only area with heated swimming pool and Level lounge with free drinks all day.
With our platinum status we got updated from basic level room to grand suite with huge living room and private terrace.
Overall very attentive staff, turndown service giving us chocolate and water each night and even some small presents.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed for 4 nights with The Level rate and couldn't fault it all. Lovely room, v comfortable beds everything immaculate. The lounge fantastic and always well stocked. Every member of staff over the entire hotel always spoke and were polite and friendly
Breakfast delicious with so much choice and the welcome every morning was second to none.
Amazing design so it was like staying in a spanish village rather than a hotel... A perfect holiday.

Myself and two friends stayed here first week of October 2022 for four nights, primarily for the golf. I was in room 6010 and it was a perfectly adequate. Perhaps the bathroom could do with an update, but that is being super critical. Buffet breakfast was great, food and drink from Papa Mambo was also good, although the waiter service was really slow. The resort wasn't busy so we had the pool areas almost to ourselves in the afternoons.
Golf courses were great fun, in nice condition for October and greens were very responsive.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and we are certainly returning in 2023. Thanks to all the staff.

Hotel set in a beautiful landscape. All buildings have the flavour of the local architecture. Feels more like a park than a hotel. Swimming pools everywhere, multiple restaurants. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

This hotel is excellent. Food great. If you play golf it's brilliant. Highly recommended

Very nice and helpful staff! Beautiful environment and clean room! Only one complaint is we got lost few times in the hotel, more signs needed.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Breakfast were amazing in selection and quality. There were some surprises for children's around Xmas day (Santa gave children a little parcel) a nice touch. The hotel overall was quiet no many customers which I liked. However the buses from the hotel to Benidorm did not run and there is nothing around the hotel, so it meant getting taxis back/forth to Benidorm main area. The bar near reception was nice for a few drinks. The staff were lovely. A couple if small gyms, the hydro pool looked nice but did not use. I would stay there again.

Golfing break was great value. Room was excellent. Overall hotel amazing.
Drinks were reasonable given the quality of the hotel. Had a fantastic tapas meal in the restaurant in the forecourt.

Loved the stay. Wonderful views and really spacious rooms for working remotely or relaxing. Breakfast and snacks (especially the nuts!) at Level club was superb. Attention from Guest team (Paloma) was unbeatable, made us feel welcome and helped us with everything at all times.

Amazing hotel and was always taken care of.
Really appreciate the effort from Paloma who made it such a fantastic stay and always thankful.
Special mention to Oscar, Alexandru and Sara…great people!

Excellent hotel with a Choice of many pools to lounge around.
The room we stayed 212 was very spacious with comfortable bed and full size bathroom. Walk in wardrobe and balcony over looking the golf course.
The breakfast was again excellent with buffet of good quality food and drinks.
The restaurant at the top outside reception served lovely food and drinks I recommend trying it.
Little touches like the fresh lemon mint water at reception was very nice.
The staff are all very friendly from all the house keeping to the front of house one particular Leandro stood out Who was excellent ( guest relations manager) is a true asset to the hotel.
The hotel location is 10 min taxi ride if you want to visit town about €12.
This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
