Fantastic place for a family holiday.
Lodges are basic and could be doing with updating but spotless and cleaned everyday. All inclusive but has a mini fridge and microwave.

Staff are very friendly.
Resort itself is spotless.
Entertainment and options for things to do are great including water park and zoo - a week wasn't long enough to really enjoy everything!
Swimming with sea lions at the water park was amazing, they also have a mermaid experience.

Food can be a hit or a miss but there was plenty of choice and snack bar by pool had options of sandwiches etc. Dinner service didn't start until 7pm which was a bit late if you had small kids.

Different options in AI were quiet annoying when busy - if you had waited for a while in the queue for drinks then someone with an ultra band came along you were then waiting for them to be served first (not too much of issue but sometimes only one member of staff serving) we weren't aware of the different options at time of booking.

All in all though - we had a fantastic holiday.

After a wonderful night stay to visit our brother and family our car wouldn't start leaving the resort, we asked for help of a male staff member in the car park and help of the buggie drivers and grounds men couldn't help us enough, jump started our car and got us on our way. Went up and beyond to help us. 5 * hotel. Fantastic guys

Good holiday venue, we have been before good value when you consider aquapark and zoo are included. Good evening entertainment great for all the family. The staff are without doubt some of the best. We will certainly return suits all ages. I am 79 and my youngest grandchild is 8years old.

We just loved it, everything was fabulous. We stayed for 7 nights, our children were 3,8 and 10 and they absolutely loved it. We basically stayed at resort the whole week, everything we needed was beside us. Waterpark and zoo was a built in extra. So family oriented and the kids had a ball. Mocktails, ice cream and food all day long what's not to love.

Great all inclusive everything for the family with 3parks included. Aqua park is fantastic been 4times in a week, zoo once didn't see everything there. Food and drink not to everyone's taste but varied, well worth the money. Benidorm short taxi ride away and not expensive. LOVED IT 😍

Such an amazing holiday from start to finish we had such a wonderful time. Free transfers from airport to magic natura, check in was so easy, given all information we needed, we were ultra all inclusive. This resort is on the side of a mountain so it is a bit hilly depending on where ur bungalow is. There are lots of wee buggies to take u around if available, there is a mini bus also which goes up and down the resort every fifteen minutes, it also takes u into benidorm which is about six kilometres away. The resort is made up of polynesian bungalows, we were in a three bedroom two bathroom one, it was spotless, had air con, a really good hairdryer in both bathrooms, plenty of storage, good comfy beds, there is maid service every day, small fridge in living room which is filled with water, cans of fizzy dinks, chocolate bars and a bottle of prosecco. The food was really good, it's a buffet, so much choice and is always changing. We also booked the italian restaurant and the meat restaurant which were both amazing, they are at the top of the buffet and are semi open air. The meat restaurant was so good we tasted, ostrich, kangaroo, wild boar and venison, both restaurants had three courses. The manager of both was Frank who was amazing also his staff were outstanding. This resort is spotless, well looked after and the staff cant do enough for you. This is a great family resort there are four pools on one side and from one of them you are looking down on the zoo which is free to get into, and beside it there is a waterpark which is huge, four big slides and loads of loungers cabanas and u can get food here too without having to walk back to resort. The highlight of our trip was swimming with sealions which is in the waterpark. Leon and his wife were so lovely, we had the best time, sealions were so gentle and great to interact with. You have to pay for this, think it was thirty nine euros each but well worth it. Entertainment in the resort was good, two big entertainment areas, one started early for kids and the other later on. There is also an indoor games area. This was the best holiday we've had in a long while, talking about going back in the summer, definitely recommend.

Brilliant holiday resort. So much to do with lots of pools, the animal park and water park. It is difficult to get a lounger in the water park, but no difficulty around the complexes many pools.
Great entertainment both day (around the main pool) and night at the stage.
Medieval night was lots of fun at the sister hotel Robin Hood. If you are a meat eater do book the meat meal on site.
Our 9 yo has had a fantastic time.
Would recommend for families, kids should never be bored!

Great resort, more than happy with it. As all inclusive resorts goes this was excellent. The zoo and waterpark were a bonus.
Pros- waterpark, great food and drink selection.
Cons- Queue in waterpark AI snack bar, this should be addressed. Pools cold in October, not the hotels fault obviously. Shows at night we're laughable at times.

I didn't stay at the hotel. I visited aqua natura & terra natura for the day.
My children enjoyed both if them.
There are loads of animals in the zoo area for the children to enjoy looking at.
You can buy corn for €1 to feed the goats & the llamas. My children especially enjoyed doing this.
It took us around 3 hours to get round the zoo.
There are plenty of food & refreshments being served all around the area. There's also a park.
Aqua natura was brilliant. The slides are great fun.
I was happy with the fact that all of the pools were quite shallow so seemed safer for the kids. Even the water at the bottom of the slides were shallow. Although still possible to swim in.
Life guards are at every pool area & at the slides, top & bottom.
This was a great day out and definitely worth a visit.

Loved this place exactly the kind of holiday we hoped for. The zoo & aquapark were fab! The resort itself is lovely, could do with a play park as the nearest one is all the way in the zoo but lodges are great & cleaned daily mini fridge and towels refreshed daily :)

The buffets were varied and you won't go hungry, although alot of the meat is pork not great if you don't eat pork like us. They should keep the hot drinks machines on all day & night in my opinion they only have this in the morning 😕

The themed restaurants I was Realy looking forward to but were all overrated, basically food from the buffet but with the horrible smell from the zoo whilst eating. as there outside this was a big put off for me.

Sea lion experience is a must! Amazing! Levante beach in benidorm is stunning warm water white sand, Benidorm new town & old is worth a visit lots of lovely souvenir shops!

Maui's beach front restaurant which is included in the package (inclusive plus) 5 star food but rude guy owner manager not sure, still glad I booked that on the app. Pizza delivery to the lodge was a nice touch too.

Even though the weather was lush when we visited the water in the pools was incredibly cold everyone was commenting on this even at 27 28 degrees very cold water still.

Also just to note the food offerd to natura customers at the waterpark is poor quality & very minimal like a prison meal so eat at the buffet before you go 😊

The only thing that saddend me was the conditions the lions, leopards & crocodiles are living in there enclosures are just far to small. Very very sad.
As for the rest of the animal acres of space which makes me wander why they don't extend there habitats.

Also don't waste your time or money on the nighttime zoo tour as my husband booked this to be told all the big cats are locked away at night and there the main animals that you'd want to see at night he did not receive a refund and this is why we have given 4 stars not 5 😊

overall perfect family holiday
😬Will definitely be back or will visit one of the sister resorts next time.

For ATTENTION OF ANYONE WHO'S DISABLED OR HAS DISABLED CHILDREN USING A WHEELCHAIR. magic natura is not well suited the resort is wheel chair friendly as such how ever the ramps and banks on the resort are very very steep to the point of lethal if your pushing someone in a chair it's absolutely exhausting the banks and ramps can sometimes get slippery also!! If you were thinking about the magic resorts most defo Robin Hood would be 100 times better for anyone needing disability support!
Now having said that magic
natura is a fantastic resort staff are helpful very accommodating. The staff at reception are great too. Food is good the drinks too, there's a bus service which runs day and night through the resort helping people get about, which will partly be because of the banks! I can't stress enough at the banks and ramps on resort! There's also a free bus every couple hours from resort in to benidorm which is easy enough to use.
The gym is poor which is disappointing a treadmill and multi gym. Which at present are broken.
Couple of annoying things you've now got to pay deposits for lounger towels and beakers to use by pools as well as the big sun lounger beds you've now got to pay 25 euro a day to use unless your premium guests.
Having said this natura as previously stated is a fantastic package holiday which had not of been For the disability aspect I'd most definitely recommend this place to family's.
Some of the pools over look the zoo which is fab seeing elephants and deer as you swim is great
The pools are not massive on resort but are decent.
Rooms are cleaned and stocked most days with drinks but not everyday as wee were led to believe.
Great games room and entertainment area for kids on night as well as kids clubs, loads of activities daily.

Highly recommend the zoo and waterpark, especially if staying at the Magic resort hotels. Zoo doesn't feel like a full day out as we walked round it in an hour and then went in the waterpark.
Be prepared to pay for everything in the waterpark. Sunbeds are 5 euros each. Definitely recommend getting your own ring as you'll be waiting ages for the rare green ones. 8 or 9 euros each (double/single) with a 1 euro deposit. Food is OK but long queues so give yourself plenty of time. Keep an eye on the time as well as some rides close early around 3.30pm.

The magic mature is a fantastic place to visit. The zoo is excellent. All of the facilities at the complex is fantastic. The staff are very helpful. Will do anything for you when needed. The management staff were absolutely amazing when there was a problem. Due to my mobility and disability they moved me to a another room lodge next to the reception as it was too much for me to get up the hill to where my first lodge was the staff. I must admit, excellent absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this place to anybody. The zoo I loved to see all the animals and never went to the water park unfortunately. But my son did and he found it amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wishes to visit somewhere where kids can go and play safely. Go in the pool set just for children and all the extra things that were there for children like the amuse. The small amusement park part was brilliant. It even had a lift down into the area where the kids area was for disabled children and I would highly recommend this place to everybody

Great place for the kids and the rest of the family. The young lady at the food court was really nice and polite to everyone and made my Autistic son relaxed and happy to see her. These little things made a big difference to our stay when trying to keep my son calm.

First time taking the children abroad and couldn't have been happier with the resort. Literally, had everything in one place. Aqua Natura has enough water slides and play areas to keep my autistic 11 year old and my 10 year old entertained for hours, we ended up spending 3 days down there. The zoo was a wonderful experience that we had to visit four times during our week there, made walks down to Aqua Natura a lot more interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful. My children enjoyed the late night snack bar with Anna and her singing, it brightened up their day. The lodges are great, spacious, cleaned daily, do have to admit that when you take a shower the bases fill up with water but they do drain away with a little time, so just be patient.
