Well, let's say that one of the employees saved the day, because the first employee that I asked for help, was rude and ignorant about his job, which in my opinion is to help customers to get what they need, right?
So for the start of the conversation: "Good morning, do you have something like this?", explaining exactly what I needed, his natural answer should have been: "Good morning, I don't know but I'll point you in the right direction", right?
Well, no education and manners at all, his answer was (with an attitude): "I don't have that."
No good morning back? What's with the face and attitude?
If you don't like (even better, love) what you do, then get another job.

Thankfully I found an excellent employee that, even though it wasn't his department, he guided me to another department and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for.
So kudos to this employee!

Moral of the story: Managers, please identify who is not "cut" to deal nicely with customers and send them as far away from them. I suggest moving them to an office or somewhere else where they don't have to deal with PAYING customers, which we all know that, we are what makes a company grow and make the difference...

Wasn't sure all they had, but if you need appliances on Spain, this place came highly recommended. It's like a Home Depot, but a bit more limited in certain products we are used to in the US and some others that we don't have. Grill are quite expensive because they are WEBER or Char Broil brand. They offer a wide selection of tiles, security doors, fans, mini splits, lighting, ceiling fans, stoves, appliances. I did not see refrigerators, but guess. that's another store. Prices seem reasonable. Will be buying a lot of our lighting and fans from here. They offer installation services as well as kitchen design. One stop shop!

It's always good to visit Leroy. You can find there almost all you may need and for a good price.

All good, cheaper prices then in other shops, but it’s hard to find stuff to ask for help.

Maria Carmen saved the day in helping me with my order. I had tried numerous times to order online, then by telephone. She was very patient with my efforts to place my order in Spanish and to navigate the complexities of paying by card over the telephone. I am very grateful. This is not the first time that I have experienced such excellent service from Leroy Merlin.

Delighted with the service received, Carlos has been very kind and professional. Our bathroom reform has met our expectations thanks to the advice received in the store and the final result of the work!

A bit pricey but your building needs are covered.
UPDATE: as I can't respond: yes, you might have lowered prices on a considerable amount of items. What I was baffled with is the price of (the cheapest and most basic) wall paint. Pure white, nothing special, simple white wall paint. That was if looking at its value for money - pricey. About 6-7 times more expensive (if looking at the amount we could get for a lower price)
Same with mosquito nets. Guess you know just well what's in demand and (funnily enough) you will keep the price tag on that one. Never mind, these 2 things we bought somewhere else.

Suggestions: please keep more variety of bathroom shelves. YOu know, the glass shelves going underneath the mirror. the "choice" of 2, both the same design and amongst them the variability is poor - please rethink. Cheers.

Nice experience the store having high quality stuff

Went there with little Spanish on Thursday 10th November. The salesman in wood section was fantastic. He sorted everything including home delivery. Then the delivery service was brilliant. All carried upstairs by two very jolly delivery men.
Cannot praise all staff.enough.

i ordered patio doors and windows from the alicante branch and must say i was surprised how good the service is . the fitters from andreas did a perfect job i expected to have to repair render, plaster and paint etc ,but there was no need, they fitted cover strips all around the frames, a perfect job,

I wasn't sure I would like this place, because it doesn't have much competition in terms of DIY chains. But having bought quite a bit of stuff and shopped around, I've decided the prices and quality are pretty good. Returns ok too, though don't pick a busy time.

Vistahermosa store in Alicante was fantastic, I bought a very heavy item and Carlos, one of the colleagues, offered to help me put it in the car. I love shopping here 🥰
