Carrefour

This is a giant 2 story Carrefour store! The top floor has groceries, and the bottom floor has everything else. We focused on groceries since that's why we went. The store has a huge selection of just about everything. The checkout process was easy, and every employee we interacted with was friendly. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for something similar to Target.

Good infrastructure, good parking, good queues (one single queue, bye bye Murphy’s law).

Big big Mall. You can find almost anything there. Really good place for shopping.

Good snacks in the cafe on your way in fast service and friendly and helpful

When I went the store was fairly quiet but well stocked, as usual. Fabulous selection of food, reasonable prices and lots of tills manned so quick to check my purchases out. A good experience as I dread food shopping!

Huge range is foods, household items, electricals, wines, books and clothes. Great prices and they often have specials like 3 for 2.

Better than the food hall at Harrods. Remarkable array of whole Jamon.very reasonable prices and exceptional quality of product.

Got to Eastern Alicante on a festival week, got into digs with no food in the fridge? No problem, Carrefour Gran Via will always be there for you.

It's similar to Waitrose or Ikea that the till cost is always more than you expected, but it's always good quality, there are plenty of attentive staff all over both floors who are well motivated and therefore probably adequately renumerated because of that.

There are 2 floors, downstairs and sometimes straight from the parking if you do it right; there is a floor for electrical goods, clothing, luggage, furniture, homewares. These are also not that competitively priced, for me using this Carrefour I either pay those prices or not. Quality is also good, but other retailers in that specific part of the market trade in volume and less staff overheads to get those prices for the same quality. I have found this with Carrefour worldwide, personally.

I feel their food offerings are most competitive regarding the overall market in Alicante (at the top of the alimentary sector of that market), but there is convenience and good staffing, free parking.

Definitely a good option for families, but more middle class ones or those needing convenience on a day when absolutely everywhere else is literally closed that weekday.

Everything apart from wanted a bunch of bananas . nobody to bag and price them . took them to the checkout. They don't have facilities to weigh veg. So left them .comon Carrefour get a grip

Always love visiting, prices are ace, virtually everything you could possibly want instore.

Huge variety in groceries clean, lots of space.

Very clean. Reasonable prices. Everything you need in one store.

Everything you can think of here, the tills are a little slow and upstairs us a bit of a trek.

A pretty good hypermarket, lot's of stuff to choose from. As massive as Al Campo at Plaza mar2

Excellent all-round supermarket with good produce, almost everything you need
