Pizzería La Toscana

We had 3 pizzas and all of them were well made and tasty with a generous amount of ingredients. Space outdoors for those hot evenings in the south east of Spain. Compulsory one meal per person which can be too stringent if you come with kids or if you want to share one dish with a friend.

During our recent stay in Benidorm we had lunch at La Toscana and really enjoyed it. We arrived about 2pm and it was already busy. Most diners seemed to be spanish but don't let that put you off if you are not fluent as we had no trouble ordering. I am GF, which is the main reason for choosing this restaurant. I ordered the chicken and BBQ pizza which was the most authentic tasting pizza base i've had. The rest of my family are non GF and really enjoyed their pizzas. I would have liked to try the GF pasta dishes if we'd been staying longer. Service was efficient for food that was cooked freshly. Nice atmosphere and if you sit on the left side at the back and look out of the window, there is a little humerous plant in the planter next to the pool. Well, we had a little giggle anyway.

Wow,not very adventurous with food ,last night we came here with the family,fantastic so busy people queing out side to get sets as it was is busy,everything perfect,to both honest I didn't know how they do it,would recommend it 100%,even the toilets were immaculate,
The outside terrace was a 100% full,

This was about 5th visit. the food is great had steak was amazing best ever. And always have the tropical starter

I arrived with my friend at about 8.15pm (October), and got the last outdoor table. We ordered the same pizza (less than €10) and a drink each (Mahou @ €2.60, Fanta @ €2.75).
Pizza was really good - ingredients were really flavoursome.
Service was friendly but slow - by the time we left (around half 9) there was a queue for the tables. I'd say it's worth a wait though.

Excellent salad followed by pizza. Pleasant service. Reasonable prices. What's not to like?

Lovely Italian food with friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic food, I had the Garlic and Cheese Focacia which was great. I then had the Chicken Skewers with Peanut sauce for a main and this was fantastic. I would recommend a visit.

This place is amazing for coeliacs with gluten free pasta and pizza, there is so much to choose from! If you order the pasta get the margarita pizza on gouten free base with extra garlic the base is amazing and 100% home made and not like a shop base.

Busy place with many different dishes. We've had delicious meal, including nice starters, pizza, chicken breast with warm vegetables and tasteful pasta... Friendly staff.

What an amazing experience! The food staff and setting are amazing.

There is a large selection of items on the menu, the perfect chance to try something new.

Our food arrived after just 5 minutes for our starters and as the starters were removed the mains were put down. Fantastic service. We just couldn't eat it all which is the only downside. That being said they gladly offer to put any leftovers in a take away box/bag.

Finally we had a latte each to Finnish off which was smaller than expected however was extremely delicious, Costa eat your heart out.

Overall this place is a great little find and easily the best food we have had on our 2 week holiday.
The staff extremely friendly and proud of the food they serve as they should be.

Decided to try this restaurant for our last night in Benidorm. So glad we did, the food was absolutely delicious and they were generous portions too. Staff were very friendly and the outdoor seating has such a lovely atmosphere. Wish we’d visited here sooner in our holiday as we’d definitely be returning.
